I give them no stars. Was sent basic earbud when they were supposed to be translating ones. Wrong item and wrong color. They refuse to give me a refund or the right product. I will never order from them again.

A TEMU want-a-be….ordered translator earbuds…waited a month for them. They were cheap regular earbuds!!!. SCAM!….they did refund all my money. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND or buy ANYTHING AGAIN…How long they will be around??? Doing that, not very long

Biggest scam out! I ordered their so called translation headphones. They don't translate anything. They are just a cheap pair of Bluetooth headphones. When I complained the best they offer was a $6 refund! What a joke do not trust them at all!

Shipping was incredibly quick and the package arrived in excellent condition. Everything was securely wrapped, ensuring no damage could occur during transit. I'm thoroughly impressed with the delivery service; it was timely and very professional. A great shopping experience!

Recently picked up this mask and fragrance duo, genuinely impressed with overall experience! Quality stands out, especially considering its price point. Waited two weeks for delivery, and it was alright once it arrived. Packaging was pretty neat and the design caught my eye right away. Quality is decent, but considering the price, its acceptable.

SCAMMERS. Ordered 'Cakes' I received rubbish in a crimpled grey postage bag. They are rubbish and nothing like the product they advertise. They talk of being authentic in their advertisement and how they package the real thing in a beautiful pink box. They are the very people they say are fraudulent. Do NOT buy' Cakes' from them

Received my order after two weeks, packaged beautifully. The mask feels luxurious and pairs nicely with the perfumes rich aroma. Effective results and elegant presentation overall.

FIRST OF ALL, IT NEVER ARRIVED..! after more than 1 month, I'm still waiting....I agree with some reviews....SCAMMERS...

Ordered 'Cakes', waited 2 months, but it never arrived. I decided I had been scammed, and wrote it off. You live, you learn. Then, out of the blue, I got an email on 10/18 saying my order was delivered 9/18 (?). No, it wasn't and I told them so. The tracking number said it was delivered on 9/3, and even told the TIME the post office delivered it (they wouldn't know that). I lost my money, but I learned to stick with more reputable companies. I should have looked at their reviews first. Well, if you're reading this and you haven't ordered yet, DON'T. These are ScAmMeRs!!!

Scammers I bought what they advertised as CAKES I paid over $60. What I got was junk when I attempted to return it they asked me if I could sell it to a friend. Eventually after several emails they were willing to refund me $3, next email refund me 5, then 7 until they finally said they tried their best. I've given up, but I'm making it my mission to ensure they don't rip others off.

Delivery felt lengthy at two weeks, yet quality and design exceeded expectations. Enjoyable scent with well-crafted packaging though price seemed a bit steep. Consider faster shipping to make the overall experience better.

Unfortunately a scam. It sounded like a good product with good reviews, but it's not. This company let's people buy things for 10-20 times the price Blanbutton pays themselves to distributors in China. I received a low quality plastic product that can not have be worth more than 2 euro's in China, yet I paid 33,-

It look 5 weeks to arrive and it didn't fit/work for me.

After I said I wanted to send it back they asked me if I wanted to give it to someone else as a gift. When I didn't comply the next mail was about giving me back 3,-. When I, again didn't comply they wrote they wanted to give me 6,-. For a product that is not as expected and for which I paid 33,-... Very strange. After 5 emails back and forth I stopped the contact, took my losses and wrote this review. Please, don't fall for it, bad service, not great products and a lot of gaslighting.

Disgusting company. Scam site. Do not order from them. Was sent the wrong product. "customer service" will get back to you alright, but useless .. offered a $3 refund on a $50 purchase.

I would discourage anyone from ordering from this company. We ordered a product from this company and was sent a completely different brand from what we ordered. They insisted that the product they sent is what I ordered. I emailed an image of my order confirmation showing a completely different brand from what they shipped. There offer was a $10 refund on a $70 order. I read a similar review on here so this company appears to be scammers. Hope I saved others from a similar experience.

Not only do they tell you it's coming from overseas, not China but takes just as long.
I ordered cakes, supposed amazing strapless bra support. I ordered two , size D - G and got two little C's. And these are not as nice as the ones that I can buy at Target for $5.99 or an Amazon for a dollar more.

Such crap!

Utterly useless misleading and now want me to take pictures and jump through hoops and order to return it to get my $36 back.

I ordered Peter Thomas Roth as they advertised and got something called West Month. NOT the product advertised AND they even send me confirmation of my order with a picture of the product!!
Scammers.
I sent them photos if what they sent and my order confirmation.
Totally different and they offered me $2 and said they sent me what I ordered.
Really pissed.
