Don’t print your CDs here
I placed 2 big orders of CDs, one eco-sleeve and a digipack. After sending out and selling to customers I started to get emails saying the discs didn’t work and that some were in fact not even printed to begin with. None of the album covers had a lamination - which is standard, and would get terribly scratched just from sitting in the box together. The result is I had to send out new CDs to several customers, couldn’t sell many of them because the covers looked like someone used sandpaper on them and it made me look unprofessional.
At first their customer service was responsive and offered a small refund on the first defective batch, but when the problems escalated I was met with rudeness and contempt. You get what you pay for with this company. Next time I’ll pay slightly more and get a proper product from disc makers or some other printing company that knows what they’re doing.
