Wrong clothing items and sizes.. The shirts and pants did not look like the picture/description and you can't contact them for a return label.

Please do not buy, if you have a problem you are unable to get in contact with them !!!! The email they give does not work and thier 'contact us' on the website does not work. They delivered incorrectly and now I am unable to get any money back

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. this whole thing is literally just a money scam. i bought a shirt and never got it, and when i went to email them about a refund they’re email no longer existed and i couldn’t contact them. save your money and go somewhere else

The worst clothing site ever, the quality wasn't even close to the pictures. And when I wanted to return the items couldn't contact them anywhere!!

My credit card was charged the day after I placed my order, yet I never received an email confirmation. On their website, looking up the order, it says it was shipped the same day the credit card was charged, yet I've never received any tracking information.

I tried using their customer service portal on their website, and it wouldn't let me submit my question. I tried to email the address they provide for customer service, and my email got bounced back to me as undeliverable.

I asked for some jeans a month ago and a little more, they got me to do little so if you want it to ARRIVE quickly it is not SUITABLE. The quality is not really bad and I received the measurements that I requested, also they do not have any error or something similar, it is not so bad.

The quality of the clothes is the worst I've ever seen, such a bad fabric, and the real product doesn't correspond with the picture at the advertisement. I don't recommend this Web site to anyone.

I bought some jeans from this online store that I really wanted and I'm beyond disappointed by the store. I still haven't received my order and it was placed almost a month ago. The emails didn't work and there was no way to contact them just like everyone is saying, but I took a leap and tried to contact them via messenger on facebook. They replied and they gave and are still giving me updates on the order. They also gave me the tracking link for them. I hope this helps those who can't contact them.

Horrible. Do not purchase from here. I should have checked Trustpilot before buying from this company, but everything these reviews say is true - no service email address, no way of contacting them. This kind of thing boils my blood. Crappy product, not at all like the description. I want a refund and was prepared to pay the shipping ALL THE WAY BACK TO CHINA where it came from but you can't even contact them. I wish there was retribution for this. That's what makes me so mad. But I am going to just have to eat it.

I wish I could give 0 stars ...they sent me wrong size and I tried to get ahold of them but every email they give u to get in contact with them doesn’t even exist. I even tried to go on the site and message customer service and it won’t let me. Not only that but I tried to leave a review and my review doesn’t even show up! There’s only good reviews on there and I’m assuming they don’t show the bad ones. TOTAL SCAMMM!!!!!

Have been trying to return items purchased for my daughter as they do not fit and have had no luck reaching anyone to find out how to return. The email on the website for returns comes bad as being invalid and they have not other contact information. I am going to file a dispute with my credit card company for this purchase as this may be the only way to get refund. Do not order from this site!!!!

DO NOT ORDER THERE. If I could give them no stars I would. This is a total scam. I ordered 130$ of cloying and none of them matched the pictures. And as soon as I got my order I asked for a refund but they answered +1month after to offer me a 45$ of refund out of the 130$ spent on my side. But when I wanted to accept the deal the email address was not longer found. Someone need to sue them.

Worst experience ever. I've purchased 60€ of items and after a month they say they have partially shipped them but I cannot reach the package because they did not provide me the number for the local delivery service. But WORST OF ALL is the fact that my emails are rejected because the system tells me that the service email of blastgift results to be non-existent. It was my birthday present and I am pretty mad and I cannot comunicate with them and that makes me even madder

Blast gift is the worst online shopping store I’ve ever shopped at I order over $60 dollars and waited over a month for it to still say processing and when I canceled my order not only did it not let get a full refund I couldn’t contact anybody at blast gift frick them and frick that

Total scam. Never received my product. They have had my full payment for over a month. No updates.

Horrible site. I ordered a sweater and when it came it looked NOTHING like the photo. Then when I messaged for a refund I got no response.

Definitely wouldn't buy from here again, I received all my items however the sizes are very weird and I found myself only fitting 2 items out of 4. I have tried to contact them to refund however it keeps saying there is some error whenever I try. Overpriced for the quality received as well.
