The robot vacuum app stopped working…
The robot vacuum app stopped working after only two years. On the company’s website, they state that the original app is no longer supported and recommend switching to a different app. However, the suggested app does not work either. As a result, the robot is now unusable. It’s essentially just an expensive brick, and I have no way to get a refund.

The robot does its job well
The robot does its job well. In silent mode, the program takes a long time, and sometimes the robot loses its way and restarts in previously cleaned areas. But it's nice that this silent mode exists.

Happy that we adopted our Billie.
Recieved fast in a strong package. Great deal, at some shops you find second chance more expensive than this here. Unbox and almost ready for use. And above all the Bluebot does his, or her job as a pro with several years experiences. The noise she made is not loudly at default setting, the dog is absolute not scared but friends they never shall become because the doghairs disappear with ease when Billie finds some. We are happy that we adopted our Billie.

Its a good robot
Its a good robot, makes good job, app could be a little bit better considering maps - now i can only save one map and one scenario to clean considering map. thats a shame, but at least can i in day say on this day please only theese rooms. thats positive

Requires consistent maintenance
Requires consistent maintenance. Within two years of purchase, I had to spend on additional battery and brush. I wouldn’t recommend this.

Brush damaged
One brush was slightly damaged due to bad wrapping. I was already not happy with the XBOOST (poor quality), my next robot will be from a different brand.
