Brilliant service from these guys. Super responsive and friendly email reply almost instantly when I needed some assistance.
The organised everything with great comms and the price was excellent. Delivery to my house in Scotland all the way from down south, fully built and tested etc.

I just bought a new Electric Bike from Blazing Bikes, the price was outstanding and the reason I bought from them, they were miles cheaper than anyone else - there was a concern that is this too good to be true?, but - they were absolutely fantastic, I got email confirmation of my order, followed by numerous text messages giving me update on order and when delivery was due. It's their one of their own team who delivered the bike so I got an in-depth and really helpful handover. They were brilliant to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and Family.

Going MTB on the Long Mynd. However had issues with one of the bikes and asked on the off chance if they could take a look. Parts had to be sourced but kept updated as we moved onto the Lakes. David and Patrick were brilliant and can’t thank them enough- nothing was too much trouble-even my bone questions!!
Also the food at The Station is amazing, especially the Steak Night Friday.

Recently bought a Trek Slash from Blazing Bikes. They very kindly held the bike for me for a week while I finalised cycle2work with my employer. They then built the bike and adjusted the suspension to my weight and the seat to my height. It arrived ready to go and the gent who dropped it off was super helpful, answering any questions I had regarding the bike. Would definitely buy from Blazing bikes again, great service!

There are loads of online EMTB retailers but my friend recommended this company as he had purchased from them in the past.
I browsed their website and noticed that they were a Trek dealer and had the model that I was researching listed. They responded extremely quickly to my emails with brilliantly detailed information from which I decided to place an order with them.
They kept me really well informed of the status of the order via text messages and I had no problem contacting them on the telephone to confirm.

Delivery date came, received a text message confirming approx ETA - then another about two hours before delivery. Van appeared as promised at my work address right on time with a really helpful and enthusiastic guy who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the bike as he handed it over just like when you buy a new car, he covered every operation of the functions etc and I felt that he gave me all the time needed with no feeling at all of being rushed.

Very impressive service, really can't give enough praise. The people within the company clearly love what they do and at all times were extremely helpful and friendly.
I would absolutely purchase from them again without any doubt at all.

Bought a trick 9.9 ebike early this year from blazing bikes and just wanted to say what a wonderful service I got, I spent a few weeks doing my research prior to the purchase and phoned blazing box multiple times asking questions, at no time did they try and rush or pressure me and gave me lots of helpful hints, when I eventually decided to buy it was all ready and waiting by the door for collection, I would highly recommend them

Purchased a few bikes of blazing bikes now. Will, Dave and Patrick have looked after me on every visit. I have returned for Servicing, Spares and even a coffee !

Blazing Bikes has has always come through for me through years of both social and competitive riding. I've had several bikes from them, both mountain and road over the years, most recently they sourced me an awesome Yeti build despite the global shortage of bikes out there. Great product knowledge and advice has always meant I've come away with the right bike or parts. The main shop is located in the heart of the Shropshire hills and is a stunning place to ride from with showers, food, and workshop facilities. Can't recommend Will and the team highly enough. Rare I ever look elsewhere.

Tried to make an expensive bike purchase but a comedy of errors ensued, highlighting the fact Blazing Bikes didn't understand their own finance scheme and had an even worse understanding of customer service. After many months of frustration and a lorry load of poor excuses I went elsewhere.

Purchased my bike here last February, stock has been bad due to the Pandemic but we rang Blazing Bikes and they had the bike I wanted available in my size with only a couple of weeks wait. My partners had a longer wait time so he opted for a different model and it arrived on time.
I did have some issues with the gears but I popped into store a few months later and this issue was corrected free of charge. We purchased a few items whilst here. Very friendly staff and always happy to help and recommend products!

Thank you Blazing Bikes for a really easy and friendly service, got my Trek ebike from these and Will and the team were so helpful, highly reccomend these if your looking for a new bike. 5 star rating from me

To anyone thinking of buying from Blazing Bikes, Highly Recommended!!

I Bought a trek slash back in June 2021 but due to the high demand for bikes since the pandemic, it took a while to arrive as expected, Blazing Bikes took me though the pre-order process and they kept me updated when asked, Got told mid Feb 2022, Received an email a few weeks ago saying they were expecting it soon, Then a few weeks on got another to say it had arrived and was being built and setup they asked for my weight to set up the suspension and arranged a delivery slot that suited me perfectly literally the weekend before Christmas, I was kept informed for the delivery including an eta of when it would be delivered and right on time it arrived with me (today), Stu from Blazing Bikes brought the bike upto me and ran me through all the mechanicals and seemed on point asked if I had any questions and answered all the ones I had for him, since taking delivery I went to another trek dealer that's local to me in Edinburgh to get some rockshox mudguards and a chat about one of their e-bikes never got the same response I got from blazing bikes who had a better range to choose from and seemed more helpful and interested, definitely will be buying again from blazing bikes in the future and would advise anyone to do the same. ☆☆☆☆☆

Have never experienced such good customer service purchasing a bike in a store let alone online, original bike I wanted got delayed which at first was a little frustrating but they talked me through the reasonings behind this I realised that this was a industry wide issue . After various emails and phone calls I ended up talking delivery of my new Fuel EX 9.8 last week which is actually a better suited bike for me than the Slash I'd originally ordered. Stu also drove the bike down to me in their own van and talked me through the set up of the suspension on arrival! Cannot recommend enough!!
