I ordered a bike and due to supply issues there was a slight delay, but I couldn't fault the communication. As soon as the bike landed with them they contacted me to arrange delivery in their own van. The guys in the shop couldn't have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble... would highly recommend and I will definitely be purchasing my next bike from here.

I purchased a Scott Ransom eRIDE off Blazing Bikes and within 3 days the bike was built, Invisiframe was installed and then it was delivered by one of their team. They are very punctual and have a fantastic customer service, I would highly recommend them.

Amazing...I'm from Sydney, Australia...I couldn't find a Trek Session 2022 XO anywhere in the world...and I'm not joking....William somehow pulled a rabbit out of the hate, and WITHIN A MONTH got one. These guys are bloody legends. I could go on and on...but just take it from me - a bloke 1/2 way around the world...they deliver the goodies!

Really pleased with the service that I got from Blazing Bikes. Given the pandemic and the world shortage of bikes I was impressed that they were able to supply a bike as quickly as they did. My ebike was delivered by one of their team in their own van with the suspension set up already so a good COVID compliant handover. Like all bike shops they are super busy so not always able to answer calls. I would highly recommend them.

Blazing Bikes, what can I say, if I wasn't desperate for a new bike, I would have cancelled my order and went elsewhere. I never, so let's give a review of my experience... This company is nothing less than dreadful at customer service, here's my dealing with Blazing Bikes: I bought a bike on the 13th of December 2020, which they had in stock, and the website stated 10-14 working days delivery. After my numerous attempts to contact them via email and telephone were simply ignored, I received a call early Jan 2021 telling me that the bike they thought they had in the box, wasn't actually what was in the box, and I would need to wait until March to get the new 2021 bike.. While this didn't really bother me too much, I had alarm bells ringing at the poor/non-existent customer service I had received up to this point. At the end of February, I sent an email asking for a time scale for when in March I should possibly expect to get the bike, again, nothing in response. While I fully appreciate that bikes and components are becoming harder to get into the country with the covid and Brexit nonsense, a simple reply to an email isn't difficult. I then phoned early March, and to my surprise someone actually answered the phone this time. I asked when they would be getting the bike I ordered in stock, and was told it would be June, I mention I had already ordered one and was previously told March, the guy on the phone took my ordered number and simply hung the phone up... I called 23 times after this until the phone was answered again, and was told they would get someone to call me back as the person that would deal with this was with a customer... that call back never came. Sunday the 11th of April, I get a call to say they have a bike for me, this would get booked into the workshop and I would hear from someone who deals with deliveries. I mention I work away from home and if anyone needs me it needs to be an email, weeks pass and I hear nothing. I call again on Thursday the 29th of April, and someone answers.. I'm told 'David' deals with deliveries and they would get him to send me an email, surprise surprise this email never came. I called again on the 4th of May, this time the women on the phone tells me she will contact David and find out what's going on and then email me herself with the current situation.. that email never came. Then on the 5th of May at 12pm they call to say they’re on their way to Edinburgh and will be dropping my bike off at 3-3:30. Now, I appreciate I’m getting the bike eventually, but giving someone 3 hours notice on the day of delivery is nonsense, I work away from home and my wife’s plan for the day was up in the air as someone needs to be there to receive the delivery.
All in all, the lack of communication from this company just makes the entire process a bit of a nightmare. Never knowing what’s going on and if your bike will ever come is quite an irritating place to be in (especially when the bike you already have decided to snap it’s swing arm).
Tried phones umpteen times
Tried phones umpteen times, recorded msg saying email Will@blazingbikes, email sent weeks ago, no reply, tried ringing again today half a dozen times, same answerphone message, they’re obviously either that busy they don’t want more business or gone bust through Covid!
Finding that elusive bike in present times …
Like the majority of the population searching for a new bike in these unprecedented times - it has been a frustrating experience, out of stock or preorder without any real knowledge of when a bike will be available, being the norm. Never in 30 year of road and mtb cycling have I encountered this. However I struck lucky with Blazing Bikes and managed to secure my Trek Rail 9.8 XT medium size bike, have it set up for my preferred riding style and collected all in a day. Patrick even sacrificing his own personal unused water bottle carrier for me as just nothing available. The team at Blazing bikes couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient. It is not the dealers faults these bikes aren’t available, just read any biking article which will highlight the causes plus the awful predictions it will be 2023 before normality. We just happened to be in the area where blazing bikes trade as live over 200 miles away so perhaps luck was on my side but they deserve our custom as service and support was superb
You’ll be waiting a long time for your bike!!
Ordered a bike on 2nd of February 2021. Was told bike would be with us within a few weeks and then by the end of the month. I contacted blazing bikes by email (as they don’t answer the telephone often) to be told “another few weeks” and again another “few more weeks”. I’ve contacted them again today to just give us some kind of ETA to be told, end of July 😳. Unless you contact them to chase orders they will not contact you. Of course, COVID and BREXIT are mentioned regarding delays. So unless you want to wait around 6/7 months for a bike, I would avoid. Pre orders should stop until all purchases are being fulfilled. Or clearly state on the website an ETA.

Ordered a bike from these guys and can't recommend them enough.
I had pre purchase questions via email that were answered within a couple of hours (over a few different emails). Then post purchase I had more questions, that again were answered within a couple of hours. The bike took 12 days to arrive which they were very clear about (10-14 days).
My bike arrived today, fully built and hand delivered by them (no delivery guy throwing it about). The poor bugger had to across the country but was still chipper and helpful!
These guys are legit. They are what seems a smallish operation with a massive workload. Don't try ringing them, use email and most of all be patient.
A lot of reviews can be misleading as they are probably preorder bikes but I would recommend them! Thanks guys! Can't wait to get out on it now!!!
No communication over ordered bike
In August I ordered a bike for my wife which was listed in stock for delivery. After a few weeks and after not receiving any acknowledgement for my order I phoned the shop who confirmed the the bike was incorrectly listed as being in stock. This was not a problem as such as it was a 2021 mode and I was happy to wait a while. The bike was to be paid for by instalments after a 10% deposit (around £450). I have been waiting for 7 months for the bike and have automatically had my deposit returned from the finance company. The bike is only just coming into stock in smaller sizes. In all this time there has been no communication from the shop which I find staggering given that a 2 minute email would have secured a £4,500 bike sale. I will now be purchasing the bike from my LBS which I should have done in the first place. If you are contemplating buying a bike please consider your LBS first. Purchasing such a large item affords you no relationship with this retailer.
No one answers the phone, Crazy
Called Thursday 11th March, spoke to receptionist after trying to get through half dozen times, wanted details on a new frame. Sales were busy, lady took my number and said someone would call me back. (no call back)
Today I have called more than a dozen times, no-one picking up, I want to buy a 4K frame, do they not want any business ?? Crazy, no impressed.
