Cheap, flimsy, waste of money

Picked up a pair of Blenders sunglasses, they broke within one month. I reached out and they sent me a replacement. That pair broke within a week. Both pairs broke in the same spot. Theres a very flimsy plastic tab used as the arm hinge. I wrote a review on their website and they did not post it. False marketing, bad product. Stay away.

Avoid - listen to reviews!

Avoid

I should have read the reviews first. I placed an order from uk and told 3 days until getting a despatch notification. 2 weeks and nothing, so emailed to be told the courier has dropped the ball. Voucher provided to reorder. Placed another order and no despatch notification again! In process of requesting refund. Shocking

very poor quality sunglasses

I bought four pair of sunglasses ,blue,black,yellow and red they all started peeling after a week I was taking good care but they are garbage plus you can't drive they have some grade of magnifying that distort your eyesight ,I spent a lot of money for that piece of junk.I bought the one that gas station sell 200 %much better that BLENDERS.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses 2 years…

I ordered a pair of sunglasses 2 years ago to have prescription lenses put in. I love the style so much that I went to order two more to put my new prescription in. Unfortunately, my address had changed since the first order and I forgot to update it. Their return policy said they could only cancel or alter an order within the first 30 minutes. I tried to email but did not get anything but a canned response. I emailed a second time and still had no answer. I figured I was going to have to eat that order because of my error. But, I decided to call directly to their customer service line. And here is where it gets awesome! They replace the order, no questions asked, updated my address without any issues or extra charges. They were kind and understanding and I was pleasantly surprised by their high quality customer service. Not only do I love their products, but I love that I am treated like a human being even when the mistake was mine. Kudos, Blenders! I will continue to purchase your products. (Btw, the only reason I'm ordering a new set is because I still need my old ones while my new prescription is being filled. They are the most durable pair of sunglasses that I've owned!)

Be warned, please don’t waste your money!!!!

Ordered from this company before with no issues, but I don’t know what has happened in the last year or so. Very poor service to say the least. I placed an order on 15th March 2024 online from the UK and still not received my order and it’s now 16th April 2024. I have completed the online customer contact form on the Blenders website twice with no response back. I have also replied by email via my initial order confirmation and the “contact us” function at the bottom of their email but with still no reply. Don’t order from this company!!!!! Looking at other people’s experience recently I’m certainly not the only one. Be warned and don’t waste your money.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I received a WRONG item, called customer service twice and my call was dropped both times after a very long wait time! I then emailed twice and STILL have not heard back AT ALL after weeks!! This was their mistake in sending a wrong item, and they’ve done nothing at all to help fix it!! Their customer service is a total scam!!

Poor quality and customer service

Received a pair of sunglasses that broke upon opening. I had also paid for express shipping so this was a double bummer. It only got worse from there. I’ve been trying to reach customer service with no luck. I’ve emailed and called and gotten no response from anyone. First off I’m disappointed in the quality and then secondly the lack of a customer service department. Would highly advise against this company.

Total crap company!

Total crap company!! They sent me the wrong glasses knowing that they didn’t have the right ones in stock! Tried to get a hold of them for over a week. Sat on hold for over a half an hour. Wouldn’t refund my money until I sent them back their crappy glasses. Is 0 stars an option?

I ordered Hard Thunder Sunglasses

I ordered Hard Thunder Sunglasses.
And did NOT receive them. Instead, some super basic black glasses were sent to me. I have NOT been able to get in contact with anyone to resolve this issue or to make it right. I am so beyond disappointed and frustrated.
In my opinion,DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from the ChampionBlenders
Because you will be sorely disappointed. What a HUGE RIPOFF.
I essentially paid $70.00 for a pair of black glasses that cost $4.00.

Edit; March 21st- FINALLY someone from Blenders Eyewear read my email and responded. After days of sending multiple emails, trying to call multiple times, I really felt like I had been ripped off. Their answering machine says; “We will be out of the office until after the New Year” <———— (This alone concerned me) And each email I sent was met with: “We will send this information off to the correct department” so I truly felt like I was going to be out of luck. They said that they are sending the correct glasses. They apologized for the mixup & they are going to expedite the shipping.
Once I receive my sunglasses, yes, they are what they are supposed to be, then, I am happy. If they are not, then I will most likely be reiterating my disappointment with this company, and the public.

Don’t expect champagne on a beer budget

Honestly the glasses weren’t as good as I expected. I love the designs tho. I honestly would have paid a bit more for better quality. The glasses I have feel cheaper than I was expecting. Nevertheless, I love my eclipse that I got. I returned one pair. The link didn’t work, presumably because returnly was shuttered. Emailed support, they replied within 15 minutes. I feel like the people complaining about the quality should remember the price. It’s like all the people who complain about spirit airlines. WHEN YOU PAY LESS YOU GET LESS. I don’t know what is so hard about this. Ray bans on sale are like $100-120. These cost between 50-70. Are they 70% as good as ray bans? Better closer to 80%. People need to keep that in mind.

Untrustworthy

I purchased sunglasses last year during the Boxing Day sale only for my order to be refunded a couple of days later with no reasons why. I reached out to support and got no response. Seems they did a sale to look good and had no intention of supplying sunglasses at the sale price.

Took my money in September for December…

Took my money in September for December delivery of sunglasses. Never shipped them. Kept my money. Still won't refund and have provided Paypal shipping info for eye glass cleaner... which was the worst cleaner I have ever used. Do not buy from these crooks.

Total Scam

I have been buying sunglasses from them for about 2+ years now and never had an issue, but recently I placed an order for two sunglasses and after more than 2 weeks I received only 1 out of the 2 pairs i ordered. Tried to contact customer service for 2 weeks now and still no response. Avoid this company since they pretty much have no customer service in case you need them.

Used to be a customer

Honestly, I loved the designs of this company and I was all for it. I bought sunglasses years ago and after about 8 months they start to peel and are no longer nice. I figured since they had a great Black Friday deal, I’d try them again. I bought sunglasses and a pair of regular prescription glasses. It’s been a month now and the sunglasses are lost and were a gift to my husband for Christmas. I have emailed several times now and getting help is IMPOSSIBLE with them. I got one reply saying they forwarded my email to the correct department and I’ll hear back momentarily. It’s been over a week now and I have replied to that email several times asking for an update. NOTHING. So that’s cool- guess I won’t be getting my sunglasses. I will not be buying from them again.

False Advertising Enhanced w/Absent Customer Serivice

Ordered 2 pair of SUNGLASSES from Blenders on Black Friday. One pair is fine. The other pair, a "Blue Light Mystery SUNGLASSES" was advertised with a picture showing opaque lenses with a "?" on them, but a very good price, and annotated with "All Sales Final." When it arrived, it was an expensive pair of safety glasses, since the lenses were CLEAR, with NO tint whatsoever. Since these clearly (pun intended) were NOT sunglasses, I submitted a question, I submitted a Chat, and I called to get either an exchange or refund. Crickets... So, Blenders clearly engages in false advertising and does NOT provide their self-proclaimed 'Customer Service.' Avoid this company!
