Never received my prepaid glasses going on 90 days received a email saying they would be shipped on 11/11/23 but received nothing customer service sucks itis impossible to resolve your problem now I got a notification saying that they are on it and that the glasses are made in pacific beach where the food is good but parking sucks they actually said this to me said they would contact me. Painful glare is all I experienced
Painful glare is all I experienced. Who would think putting the mirror effect on the INSIDE of the lenses facing your eyes is a good idea? Any glare that is filtered coming from the outside is quickly forgotten by the glare created from any light reflected off the mirror on the lens facing your eyeballs… ouch! Not to mention they are loose fitting, square on the face, don’t fit under a trucker cap and really don’t offer much other than look nice and dont get stuck in my hair, although they fall off my head anyway so don’t spend time on top of my head either. Very poorly designed. Can not recommend.

First-time buyer, and I'll buy again. Just wore my new Future Ruler cycling sunglasses this weekend. Solid construction. Look great. See great. Well-worth the price vs. Oakley or Maui Jim's. Affordable price and were delivered fast.
So I bought two pair
So I bought two pair, I’ve purchased from them before no issues, but this time I received one correct pair and one incorrect pair. Couldn’t get ahold of them on the phone so I shot off an email to their support group, and came on here to look at the reviews….. I was shocked to see a bunch of bad reviews basically from people in my situation and figured I was just screwed.
Not so. They immediately replied, gifted me the wrong pair, gave a voucher for their store, and 2nd day aired the correct pair which I just received. 5 star service, and they absolutely did not have to go as far as they did. Completely satisfied. I know they are getting bigger, and probably overwhelmed at this point, but they took care of me. Couldn’t be happier.

I don’t think this is a company, no customer service, the voice recording sounds like they are in a box , I order some sunnies only now they say there on preorder contacted my bank to see if I can get my money back, any good reviews are probably coming from the scammers themselves, don’t do business here if you don’t want to lose your money

Just like others have experienced, I to ordered two pairs only to have bothe pairs show up wrong. After three weeks of trying to get a hold of customer service and no responses, I've given up. DO NOT GIVE YOU MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS!

BUYERS BEWARE: I've ordered sunglasses from Blenders in the past with no problem. However I just placed a new order, and ordered a bunch of different pairs. That way I can physically see how they look on. I was planning on returning the ones I didn't want. But I was never given a confirmation email so I do not have the order number to submit the return. I've tried several times calling, emailing, using their chat bot, on the website and nothing. No one will respond back, no one answers their phone. The phone line will keep ringing and then hang up every time. I've been trying to contact them for weeks. All I am hoping for is someone to help recover my order number so I can continue the return process. They seem to not care about responding to customers after they already purchased their products. Such a shame because I've recommended Blenders to family and friends.

What an absolute joke this company are. Ordered a pair of sunnies that arrived damaged. Would not send another pair but gave me a small credit on my account. Bought another pair which since June have not arrived and not a single reply to at least 10 emails. So im appx $170 out of pocket. Avoid these scammers unless you want to throw a load of cash away. Shockingly bad company.

Customer Service Does Not Exist
Placed an order, got charged immediately. Never received a confirmation email. Tried reaching out by chat, no solution. Tried calling - which leads you to a recorded messaged that basically says they are too busy to come to the phone. Then tried emailing. Received a response right away asking for the order number (which I included in my initial email) then never heard back again. As if they were annoyed with my question. I reached out again via email and never heard back again. They have a neverending presence on social media. They for sure have the money to pay a customer service team - but that clearly is not a priority to them.
How are people supposed to know when they pay for something that they will actually receive a product if they never get a confirmation.
HORRIBLE COMPANY - great glasses
Every time I've ordered from this company I've been shipped the incorrect product, and they will not respond to any emails for 3-4 weeks.
The phone line makes you listen to an incredibly long pre recorded message and then hangs up on you.
The glasses themselves are great once you finally get them, but I refuse to continue to support a company that treats it's customers so poorly. One time they took so long to respond to me, that the glasses I tried to order were no longer in stock and couldn't be sent.
I have an idea for them -- if they're experiencing such a high volume of requests that they can't get back to you for 3-4+ weeks after making a mistake, they should probably look into how they can stop shipping so much incorrect product which would have a direct effect on the amount of complaints you are receiving.
The Return Policy is a SCAM
The Return Policy is a SCAM. Blenders is making it it impossible for me to return a pair of non-prescription sunglasses that were ordered on July 12 and delivered on July 17. It's July 31 and I have tried everything. I entered my order number and zip code in their Return screen. The system said my information was not recognized. I sent an email to Customer Support. The reply stated that my return was outside their 45 day window for a return (not true!). I sent another email. No response. I called "Customer Support." Was never connected to anyone and had no option to hold for next agent. Had to sit through a 2-minute recording saying how busy they are, telling me to use the chatbot on the website, then was told to call back again "to get back in the queue" and was disconnected. Tried using the "Chatbot" on the website. No help at all. TOTAL SCAM!! I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Bad customer service
In my household, we have purchased eight pair of sunglasses and one snow goggles. Quality is good for the price. However, I have issues with one of the glasses. I have tried contacting lenders over the phone and email and they have never responded.
