Terrible Service
Terrible Service – Not Worth the Money!
The service is extremely bad. After just 4 months, our BlendKing was already defective. We contacted BlendKing, and they told us that we had used the wrong charging cable, which supposedly caused the issue. Strange, but fine! They sent us a replacement, but that one broke within just two weeks—despite using the correct cable this time.
When we reached out again, they refused to honor the warranty, claiming we had already received a replacement. We responded, stating that we completely disagreed with their decision, but we never heard back from them again.
All in all, do not buy this product! It breaks easily, especially if you use frozen fruit, as it tends to jam and stop working. The plastic cup starts to smell, and dirt gets stuck everywhere, making it difficult to clean.

Worked for 4 monthes
Worked for 4 monthes. Sent an email to let them to fix it. I was ask to sent a movie to show what was wrong. This was 2 monthes ago. No reply. Don't buy!

For 6 months, it worked. Then, terrible customer service.
I am someone who does not eat breakfast and always prefer shakes. Always includes oats and frozen berries. The performence and the battery is pretty fine so far. Solid product, I liked the safety measures as well.
Edit after 4 months. BlendKing is not working right now. The charge seems full but the button does not work. I contacted support, eventhough I emphasized 'The device is fully charged!', they keep saying 'Please use the original cable, charge it and try again'. What!? I asked again, saying that this did not solve the problem and you kow what they said? ' Please use the original cable and charge...'
Make your decision wise.

I ordered a different product
I ordered a different product than what I received. I ordered the BK2.0 but received the BK1.0. There is almost no telling the difference, since they look almost identical but the packaging it came with shows that this is the Bk1.0

The blender great
The blender is great, it was a gift for my husband, he is happy, everything works smoothly, it's a nice device to make a recipe, I recommend it

Fast service, nice design, but the blender is so-so
The service is good and fast and the item is well packaged and beautifully designed. However, it does not feel like it is very powerful, It jams easily and I have to blend for longer than normal to make a simple smoothie of soft fruits and vegetables (let alone hard ones or ice) . The battery doesn't last long either.

Bad customer service
Delivery took more than 1,5 weeks instead of 2 workingdays. Also recieved the wrong color. I ordered the limited edition green and recieved black. No response to my email.
