Mine doesn’t really work. It stops every 3-5 seconds and it’s takes a lot of time in the morning and it doesn’t even give the result I want.

Thank you for your message. Have you looked at the DOs and DONTs on the warranty license?
If you have a filled shake, it is best to hold the blendking upside down briefly so the blades don't jam. Once the blades turn you can put blendking back down normally. I also recommend that you put the milk/water in the blender first and then the ingredients.
This should solve the problem if all goes well! Hopefully we can turn your 1-star experience into a 5-star experience :)

Honestly a great product.
Easy to use and incorporate in my everyday lifestyle. Been using this product for sometime now and I must say one cycle would usually blend everything out smoothly. Ever since I bought this portable blender I been making smoothies quite often packed with nutrients the body needs and really helped in my weight gain journey. Definitely recommend this specific brand to anyone looking for an on the go blender!

For a person who always struggles in the morning with breakfast. Blendking became a real solution. Package delivered to pick-up point without any warning or message afterards
I didn't hear the doorbell ring and in the same afternoon by pure coincidence an acquaintance of mine told me that my package was delivered at the pick-up point he worked. Afterwards I received no mail whatsoever that my package wasn't delivered. So if my acquaintance hadn't informed me I would've have no idea were the package would've been.
