Gabriela was very helpful. I should have gone in with a budget in mind, and would have liked to have been aware of cheaper but also suitable alternatives. Many of the samples and colours that we preferred were discontinued. I highly recommend Gabriella for her knowledge and customer service.

The staff were wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. The purchase and installation was smooth and the blinds look great.

Great product- we purchased wireless solar shades and a few light diffusing roller shades. Good selection, bought on sale and really great install. Bought blinds in a Toronto store and had them shipped for install from an Ottawa store- very convenient experience.

Our installer, Moe, was excellent. We can’t say enough about how helpful, professional, and capable he was. The in-store person, Mackenzie was also very helpful and responsive.

The rep. Sandy Anastassiou was phenomenal. There was a lot I didn't know about blinds as it was the first time I bought blinds. She was very helpful in advising me and very knowledgeable what would work for me. What I most appreciated was she left the decision up to to me and didn't force her ideas or views on to me but proposed various options. She worked with me to stay my budget. I was just a walk in client and she took the time to sit with me and explains things to me in great detail. I had some time, health and budget constraints but she worked with me. I am very happy with my choice and selection.

Had really good service from Lorenzo who kept in touch throughout the process and happy with the people who came to measure and install the blinds.
Overall a very positive experience

Staff were very accounting. Installer arrived on time and installation was done on time and satisfactory.

We had a few things to order - the staff were friendly and knowledgable and due to location, we had to put them up ourselves - could not have been easier! The draper and blinds fit perfectly!!! So happy with our purchases!!!!

The initial experience in the visit and picking blinds was as expected. But the service started to decline from measurements, then the measurements, then failed installation, and now still waiting.

The installation process was incomplete from November 13th. Still waiting to have it completed.

Service could be improved by being detail oriented from the beginning but after the fact could be improved by follow up; instead of the customer having to follow up with the store.

From beginning to end , experience was amazing . Associates at Blinds to go have amazing customer service and they were very helpful throughout the whole journey. From deciding which blinds were best for our home , to the installing. We have been coming to blinds to go for over 30 years , and will continue to use them for the next 30 years !

Jonathan was efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure having him install my blind.
