Attentive Service and Great quality Blinds
Customer service/Sales rep was very attentive, not pushy. Demonstrated the difference between semi-sheer and black-out blinds. We went for semi-sheer for our patio door and did not regret it. Mathew from the installing company was also outstanding and responded right away when there was a schedule conflict.

I was very impressed with installation…
I was very impressed with installation portion of my installation. The installer was able to move the existing curtains forward a few inches so the new blinds had clearance. Then he installed and adjusted the new blinds in a timely manner

Poor quality and bad customer service
I’ve been a long time blinds to go customer and I have to say my latest experience has caused me to rethink my patronage. I had to wait over 30 minutes to pick up my blinds which I understand we’re somewhat delayed due to COVID-19. Then, having only been installed for six weeks the blinds broke. Luckily I was able to fix them myself more so for the unpleasant outlook of having to visit your store again. Not sure I’m gonna be a customer going forward

Blinds to go staff at store were helpful and the store was nicely laid out. The installers for the mini blinds and drapes were courteous, careful, and professional. It is difficult for everyone during Covid and I appreciate the installers working in a manner which reduced risk but without compromising the level of detailed service. Would definitely purchase products and services from here again.

It took far to long and a big…poor service
It took far to long and a big inconvenience. Advised I would get call backs and never did. The customer service was terrible. I could not recommend them.
I was informed 6 weeks and it was over double. Still poor service and to late to do anything. I gave you the opportunity but you never called back. No need to respond wasting your time as what is done is done

Had an issue with a section of my vertical blinds, dropped them off on Saturday and picked them up on the following Wednesday.

post sale was not so good as expected
post sale was not so good as expected. Measurement was slightly longer than estimated. I talked to store sales several times and was told to cut it shorter myself. Eventually, I bought a paper-cutter from staples and finalized it myself happily.

Horrible end product. I purchased a drape and received full of wrinkles. Their excuse you have to buy steamers. Not recommending anyone to buy drape unless you have steamer. Very bad experience. Please advise where to reach out to appropriate person?

Hi Matthew, we are sorry to hear this. There may be a manufacturing issue with the mechanism - have you contacted your showroom you purchased from to let them know? They may have some ideas on how to remedy or want to send it back to be fixed.
10+ weeks and two service requests before blinds installed.
We ordered two blinds, one arrived missing a piece that prevented it from being properly installed in the brackets. I brought this blind back in to blinds to go, it was sent off for service, was not correctly serviced because the sales rep that was helping me gave incorrect instructions. I went _back_ to blinds to go, spoke with someone else, and it got resolved. The time between purchase and successful installation of my blinds was 10+ weeks with all of this back and forth...
In the end it was way too much effort to save a bit of money. Unlikely i'll return as a customer.
