Our experience with this company has been excellent. We have had our whole house done with blinds & shutters and they (Tia sales person, schedulers & installers have done a wonderful excellent job from start to finish!

How to win the windows you want

Although I’ve already posted a review, I don’t mind writing further. I want to thank the professionals, design consultant Andee Schoell, and installer Dennis. You showed me the right direction to go in, Andee, and Dennis did the exacting work solving any complications with skill. I am glad I went with the professionals. Electric solar shades optimized my beautiful views. Life is good. Thank you.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff…

Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff were able to confirm that the product that I wanted would suit my space and requirements. They kept me informed about when product was ready and when it could be installed. Measurer and Installer were expert and courteous.

Three full days later and no call about rescheduling to fix.
Ridiculous.
Don’t ask me again how things went!

In my life

In my life, I have never experienced product and service of higher caliber. I'm 70 years old. Think about it. I am saying the best. I have had to bring a shade back to them for repair. The repair I needed or I should say the shade needed was probably due to my error not the product. Then 6 years later the draw string broke and needed to be replaced. I took it in and within 24 hours they handed me bake a perfect product. Each time I visited the store I was greeted with professionalism and a real desire to meet my needs. I have learned a lot and was able to make a great purchase for my window covering needs. Great stuff.

Email Confirmations Do Not Work

First, this order was placed on 10/22 and I was told that it was going to take 2 months to get this order which I thought was outrageous, since I am a previous customer. Then I keep getting your emails to review how you did--but never got an email confirmation that the blinds were already in. So I called the branch and they said the order is in--their first dates of availability to install is in JANUARY. What's the deal here? When I gave the store final payment today, they sent me the receipt via email; which said you will notify me when the order is in! I feel as if I am working with a bunch of bots on an email and not real, customer support reps. Since I'm paying over a thousand dollars one would have thought that getting a phone call rather than an email would be more appropriate. If you were as assertive to call with confirmation as you are with hounding for reviews the experience would be a lot more transparent.

I just had too many issues from start…

I just had too many issues from start to finish. You're in home consultant didn't show up for my appointment that was scheduled. She came the next following day which was a huge inconvenience. Then I never received a quote from her had to go to the store in Norwalk. Anthony in the store was helpful. But after I placed my order made a deposit the same day I went to the Norwalk CT store. My valanace wasnt going to be ready until December 31st. Only after calling far too many times were you able to "put a rush order in" which got me the blinds within days of my frantic numerous calls. The installers was also very good until my valance fell down within a week. Again the installers expertly fixed the issue. Nothing about this experience was seamless nor easy. I wouldn't be able to recommend your product and services to anyone after the ordeal I went thru. Anthony in your Norwalk store was extremely helpful so was Richard and the young man he brought with to install the blinds.

Having been at the site a few weeks…

Having been at the site a few weeks earlier for a repair, the sales person and manager had difficulty in finding my profile in the system for a new order. Waste of time. The backlog in having my window treatments ready is unacceptable. Next time I will look elsewhere.
