Ordering and installation
The ordering process was very long but worth the wait. The installer was great and he was also the one who measured the windows prior to placing order. Installation was quick and well done.

Salesperson has a great disposition; happy, friendly, patient, knowledgeable. He followed-through with phone calls to keep us updated. Items were delivered very quickly. Installer was tremendous as well with all of the same qualities as the salesperson. Thank you guys.

Boxes of Blinds were not tagged
Boxes of Blinds were not tagged. Tons of boxes had absolutely no tags or indication what room they were for. Also some of the brackets / blinds are a different style. Not sure why that is as we when I went through the order multiple times with their sales office everything was the same.

Great experience overall
Great experience overall! Salesman at the store was very knowledgable and helpful. Really knew about all the products. This was all during the pandemic so I must mention that shopping felt very safe with social distancing and masks. Wait time was as promised and delivery/installation was scheduled promptly. Installer was extremely respectful of my home, even asked if I wanted him to remove his shoes! He was also skilled and had my blinds up in no time! I would use Blinds to Go again.

Our experience was terrific! Unfortunately, it took awhile to get our installation date because the tub delivery was held up, but once it came in they were here pronto and our installer was knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The production time was quite long…
The production time was quite long before the item was delivered. After was delivered I found it very difficult (pretty much impossible) to program the shades. Also, there was absolutely no information regarding how to charge the associated batteries of the power shades.

Blinds work great
Blinds work great. The installation was very good as well. The only issue was that we were supposed to get an electric/motorized shade but when they came out to do the in-person measurement/inspection, we weren't able to, which was a real bummer.
