The production time was quite long before the item was delivered. After was delivered I found it very difficult (pretty much impossible) to program the shades. Also, there was absolutely no information regarding how to charge the associated batteries of the power shades.

Blinds work great. The installation was very good as well. The only issue was that we were supposed to get an electric/motorized shade but when they came out to do the in-person measurement/inspection, we weren't able to, which was a real bummer.

I've owned blinds from Blinds to Go for 7 years now. Recently, a few of them stopped functioning properly. I brought them back to Blinds to Go and they fixed them for free within 24 hours. Excellent customer service!

Excellent service. The salesperson Jamel was helpful, courteous and followed up. The installer was very accommodating to my schedule and did a great job. My only criticism is that the blinds I ordered don't have a handle or anything to pull them down and as a result they usually don't come down evenly. As far as customer service, they were excellent.

Great service, But I'm puzzled as to why I need the servicing on my blinds at all. When I hang them the strings are long enough, but several years later, the strings are too short and the blind does not go down sufficiently far. Why???

First, I want to start by saying we've done business with Blinds to Go on several occasions - and normally have never experienced any issues. This will be the first negative review we provide.
Initially, our on site dealing was fantastic. We worked with a knowledgeable sales rep to determine what would work best in our home. We requested, and received, color samples to be sure of our decision before placing our order. Both my husband and I were so pleased with the service we received, until returning the next day. We met with the same sales rep, who became quite nasty when we informed him that we had changed our mind and wanted to review the alternatives again. His response: "I spent a lot of time with you already, you know your options". He then asked his associate to take our order.
This new associate, reviewed our options again, and we placed the order. We received prompt notification when our blinds arrived at the store and scheduled an installation date. The installer was fantastic, even though there was a minor problem with the shipment (outside mount vs. inside) he returned when the order was corrected and we were very pleased. It is important to note this was done during COVID so we remained out of his way - socially distanced and masked.
A couple of days later - in high sun - the blinds were lowered and I noticed a small stain. Up until this day, the blinds remained open during the day so the stain was never noticed. Not wanting to risk further damage to the blind, I reached out to BTG customer service department (via email) to inquire on how I should remove the stain. Still no response.
At this time, I assume there is nothing else I can do, other than share this information with your leadership team to address. Hopefully it will help future customers have a better experience. Thank you.
