Sara Norbakhsh at the Kennedy location was sooo helpful to find the right look and type based on our budget, she did such a great job giving us multiple choices.
Moe the installer was very quick and efficient and finished all 20 windows in a few hours.

Helpful sales person, good quality and price

Got what I ordered. Just as important is customer service. Excellent. Installation wen† very well. I Had a small problem with the placement of one of the blinds. Service man came back promptly and adjusted. Service with a smile.

Everything is good in Blinds tp Go. No complains.

Good experience of ordering and pickup.
However, some employees didn't seem to be interested in looking after the customer.
In order to improve customer service and customer satisfaction, sales people must be looking at the customer walking in from the door instead of looking away for someone else to serve.
I felt like this both times I visited store for ordering and pick up.
Also observed when other customers were entering the store.
Times like this pandemic, it would be better if someone actually greet the customer entering the store while marking sure that customers are wearing masks and than guide them towards the area where someone is ready to look after the customer.
Customer service builds the loyalty otherwise online ordering is a lot more convenient.

We had a need for minor repair.
Called for instructions, got very prompt and helpful service. Real person too.
We brought it to the store for repair. Free as advertised, no problems. Everything done on time.
That blind must be 10 years old.

Hello experience was great, sales and installer have been helpful and I am happy with the product, there is a slight lingering issue, two partitions have been install twice (bedroom and living room). For both rooms, the right side slides fine but the left side does not slide smooth, it has jagged or choppy breaks while pulling chain. Installer brought it to my attention and he said we can be looked at again if it really bothers me, hoping this can be looked at again or if this is a common problem that is a quick fix on my end, let me know thanks. No negative complaint about the installer as he was very friendly and helpful.

I was very pleased with the at home shopping I experience. Sharon was pleasant and knowledgeable about her products, Robert was outstanding in his measuring and installation. He took great care and accuracy when hanging the blinds. The blinds arrived promptly. Communication by email was clear and informative. I was certainly impressed with this, my first experience with Blinds to Go and have already recommended the company .

The window coverings I order were great! Exactly what I wanted. The ordering and pickup process was smooth and easy. I ended up calling one of their recommended contacts to complete the installation for me as I have concrete ceilings. The contractor was great as well, very professional. I would definitely recommend blinds to go to anyone looking for affordable, good quality window coverings.
