Great service. The salesgirl was very, very knowledgeable and pleasant!

He( person who installed blinds) asked to take the cardboard box down that the blinds came in. I later found it in the stairwell with extra screws, warranty and necessities needed for the blinds.

I had to call up each time to find out where the replacement is because I do not ever get an update. Blinds are awful quality. No matter how many times I try to get the straight they are always crooked. Color is not what I expected...

Ordered blinds in September 2020 was told 9 weeks to make, a service man show up to measure my windows in October, Installers came November only to find the measurement was 6" short, he apologized told us the office would call they never did we called them looking to find out when they were coming back with the correct length blinds I was told I gave them the wrong measurements and they need $186 more to correct the length. Its the last time I will use them

Our installer was very professional and did a great job. Our issue was that one of our shades didn't operate properly after just one day, and had to be removed and sent back to the manufacturer.

Hardware/ mounting should be available for demo at store
If the store had be6 able to show me the hardware, I would have made. Different decision. I paid for the.installer to measure and he couldn't answer my question either. I am disappointed with the expensive shade due to the hardware.

Great Service and Repair BUT...
The service and repair that brought me into the store was 5 stars. I'm only giving 4 stars because I was so disappointed that Blinds to Go didn't save my window measurements.I had all my windows measured 4 years (and paid to have it done by Blinds to Go). I assumed they keep the measurements for a long time and was prepared to order for some other windows in my home only to find out I'd have to have the windows remeasured.

Hi Francesca, we are sorry to hear about the measurements issue - when measuring we always let the customer know we only hold them for a year since it is not a digital system yet but typically give the customer them as well to hang on to. Very sorry for this miscommunication but glad your purchase went well and overall are satisfied.
