Missing files they said were included
I purchased the Paper Rip Transitions pack and when I downloaded it, it was missing the Davinci Resolve files.
In their website, in the product page, it says clearly that it is compatible with Davinci Resolve and includes the files.
I sent them an email immediately explaining the issue but after 1 month I continue without a reply from them. Just silence.
Very bad experience.
