Perfect, Thank you. I have t admit to being worried that it would go badly wrong, but it was perfect. I replaced my blinds for a fresh look and am really pleased with the result. They arrived quickly, were well packaged and easy to install. I would absolutely recommend Blindzonline.

Ordered a sample, received it next day (which is a miracle with the postal service!) Ordered replacement slats the day after and 3 days later they were up and hanging in my kitchen... Fantastic service, lovely product. If only all companies were this efficient. Well done Blinz online.

Clear website, then very friendly and helpful over the phone. You do not buy a blind very often, they made it easy. It fitted perfectly.

I have just purchased replacement slats for vertical blinds. From ordering samples through to receiving the replacement slats, Blindzonline have been outstanding. The samples arrived promptly, I then ordered the slats but forgot to allow for centre opening. I emailed over the weekend with the intention of calling first thing on Monday but by 0905 I had already received an email acknowledgement of my requirement. The blinds arrived very quickly and are now in place. Excellent customer service, I shall be ordering more replacement slats very soon.

I ordered some replacement slats for my vertical blinds. Received a first class service from the ordering of samples through to receiving final product.
Samples received in less than 24 hours and then a couple of days turnaround on the actual replacement slats. Excellent service.

Easy to use site, ordering was very easy and adding the measurement insurance was a good idea. (Didn't need it thank god). Was delivered within the time scale stated.

The blinds arrived promptly and look lovely in place. There was slight damage to one of the valances but I was reassured by customer service that a new one would be delivered asap.

The blind was delivered on time and of good quality, however I was a bit disappointed that the the top slat had a few marks and chips which I've had to touch in. Hence the 3*
