Very disappointed!!

Very unhappy with the after sale service and communication from this company. I ordered 2 blinds, one was great , no problems. The other just would not stay up. We contacted "make my blinds". They asked us to send a video, which we did, they then sent us a replacement part with a view to fixing the blind. The blind is no better, it has not fixed the problem. We have since emailed the company twice, even offering to buy a replacement blind at a reduced rate to replace the faulty one. But unfortunately as many of the other one star ratings say, they do not get back to you, they ignore the emails. Funnily enough they never ignore the sales emails just the complaints.

Fantastic customer service

The company were brilliant at communication and helped me expedite an order due to an urgent need. I spoke to Paul who was so warm and helpful, a lovely guy. Would really recommend!

I cannot recommend make my blinds...

I am very dissatisfied with this company. I spent £130 on a blind which had the wrong colour tapes to what I had ordered. Trying to get a resolution and the correct blind sent has been nothing short of terrible. My emails go unanswered and it's very difficult to get through on the phone. I have spoken to Tim on a few occasions via email and phone when I have actually managed to get through and despite him being helpful, apologetic and professional on the phone telling me they are short staffed he does not follow through with his promises of keeping me in touch with updates and an idea of when my replacement blind will actually be delivered. It's been over two weeks since I received the incorrect blind, and still I am no further in finding out when I will receive the blind I ordered and paid for. My original blind was delivered within 3 working days yet they can't seem to deliver me a replacement easily or communicate to me as to when I will actually receive what I ordered! I've never known such shocking service and I will not be recommending this company or ordering from them again. They are quite happy to take my money but not able to actually send me what I ordered, the aftercare is literally non existent! Such a stressful experience.

I had a great experience with the team

I had a great experience with the team, although I had an issue with my blinds they rectified it and refunded me straight away so I could order the right ones. Joshua and Tim were very helpful. Looking forward to getting my new blinds soon

Excellent after sales!!

I recently purchased 4 sets of blinds from this company and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The quality of the blinds exceeded my expectations, and the installation process was not difficult at all.

I made a stupid error of inputting one of the blinds measurements wrong when purchasing, so one of the blinds size was inaccurate unfortunately. However I contacted customer service and spoke to Paul. He was absolutely amazing in helping me with my error and sorted out a replacement immediately.
What truly stood out was their after-sales support and customer service. Paul was responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything was perfect. It’s rare to find a company that cares this much about customer satisfaction.

I highly recommend Make My Blinds to anyone looking for quality products backed by outstanding service.

Paul is an absolute credit to this company, you can tell he genuinely cares and works hard to ensure you're satisfied with everything. Thanks again Paul!

Great blinds and customer service

We've have had a full set of custom blinds for all our windows for a couple years now. Don't hesitate to order bold colours, they create such a lovely light!

But the reason I write this review is because the tilt mechanism broke on one of the blinds and customer support was great, they didn't argue about the blinds being older than a year, but instead got the factory to send the spare part and to put together a simple instructions document how to do the replacement.

This company delivers quality

The blinds are high quality, fit perfectly, and were easy to install. They were excellently packaged and came with clear, accurate instructions. You can tell straight away from the packaging that this company delivers quality.

Customer service was very polite — they even called me to confirm the colour, which I really appreciated. Delivery was also very fast.

The only thing I would suggest is adding real-life photos of the installed products on the website. This would help customers better understand the actual look and colour, as this was my only concern when ordering.

Overall, I am very satisfied. A reliable and trustworthy seller.

They all fitted the first time…

They all fitted the first time perfectly, with not one issue with any of them, and I think I bought about 12 blinds for the whole house around 10 months ago, so I'm very happy. They also look great inside and outside. It was a great price too, all in all I'm delighted with my purchase, and I'd have no issues recommending Make My Blinds to anyone looking for blinds, thanks Mark
