It was easy to use the website and choose the blinds i wanted .Iput in my measurements and thats exactly what they sent me.The blinds were excellent quality and easy to install.The delivery date promised was really accurate and overall my experience with this company was one of the best i have ever had.I will certainly be buying more blinds off them again

Waited for a month without update whatsoever. I was only able to contact them via email to be informed the blinds I ordered were out of stock. Had to claim my money back via PayPal with two separate claims as they did not refund the tax and delivery charges initially. This company is a disaster and I am convinced they ship the blinds from China, rather than producing them in a factory in Ireland as shown in the videos. A total scam.

The product: Lovely blinds, fit my window well with the usual open parts at sides. Twist and fit was easy to use. Good instructions.
Dispatch/delivery: My blinds were labelled as next day dispatch but at checkout this wasn't the case. Ordered on 13th August, received 3rd September, 3 weeks. (Standard delivery, but fast track was only estimated 2 days earlier). No tracking information after dispatch until courier rang to check location.
Good product but I wouldn't order if needed urgently. Would be better to update with more accurate estimates or build in delay time.

Excellent service blind was perfect and arrived sooner than expected

When not arrived I contacted them and I was told the delivery date stated is when they receive it and it would be another MONTH before I would get it.
I asked to cancel and was told no
Thankfully I paid with PayPal so they got my money back.
Steer clear and shop elsewhere as these are not worth the stress

I put the wrong size down for my blinds and I was email back and front with a amazing employee Gemma who got my order before they were made and got me a full refund and I re order my blinds in the right size and they are on the way to me. She was amazing and professional definitely recommend order. Thanks so much Gemma

I bought a blind and the blind chain broke after aggressive use (not at fault of the blind chain), and I used the chat line on makemyblinds.ie. Paul was the responder and he was super helpful, polite and quick to respond and help fix the problem. There is a blind chain being sent to me free of charge! Fantastic customer service and my experience was made as smooth as could be, thanks Paul!

I ordered 12 roller blinds with these guys, all with the same fabric.

1 blind was made 4 cm too wide by them (my measurement is spot on)

They asked for photos of proof which I sent. They agreed and remade a new blind and sent to me. Yay.

Unfortunately however I received the replacement blind and yet again it’s 4cm too wide! Very unusual.

I complain to them advising it must be a system glitch or bug for 2 blinds to be made with the exact same incorrect measurements and I am happy to return these faulty blinds at their expense. Then they tell me it’s within tolerance and refuse to acknowledge their error and offer me a pathetic 20% discount.

They have lost a loyal customer.

Just received my venetian blinds, the installation guide is poor (and the link to the installation video online was missing) and there are attachment clips which are clearly visible from the front of the blind. This was in NO picture on there. When speaking to their customer service team, I was informed that I should have checked the installation guide to understand that "Images on the page is for illustration purposed and we have this information available on our how to guides". So, their images are inaccurate but they aren't willing to refund when I asked because they were made to measure blinds. Despite the fact that they were mis-sold based on the images.
The blind works, but the aesthetic is broken compared to the images of the "blind" that they sell. I have lost complete trust in this company to provide products that are accurate according to the pictures and will not be purchasing from them again. I would advise anyone thinking to purchase from them to try a different company.

Tried to place order of blinds a few weeks back, the website was having none of it and not fit for purpose. I contacted customer care who said someone would be in touch to assist me and will look into the matter. No one got in contact with me and the blinds I wished to order have considerably jumped up in price by almost €200 even though they are supposed to be on offer for Black Friday!!! If only customer care has the decency to contact me as promised you could have secured my business but no one has and then you jack up the prices and create new fake offers which were cheaper pre sale. SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR

I ordered my verticle blinds on Sunday, received them on Wednesday and I could not be happier.
Everything was brilliant, the service and communication was 100%, the blinds fit perfectly and look amazing, I followed the link they sent in the email to the youtube guide for installation and it was a breeze. I could not behappier with the whole all round experience of my dealings with makemyblinds.ie. I swear to god, I will order for the other rooms within weeks. I just installed them today on my day off and I am thrilled.

Bad quality, not recommended

I ordered four roller blinds on Sunday afternoon and received them on Thursday in Dublin, Ireland!

Great selection of products and reasonably priced.
Easy to use website with a very simple ordering process.
Additional details or photos regarding the texture of each product range would be extra helpful.
Good quality products with comprehensive installation instructions.
Excellent communication and super fast delivery!
