I am very disappointed and unimpressed…
I retract my original email as my first encounter left me kind of sour about a situation in which, I received a damaged uniform. We do not get many uniforms allotted per year and they get a lot of wear and tear. So being down shirts is VERY difficult. After that first initial contact a follow up was done and the team did rectify the situation to the utmost. They took a situation that was quickly going south and made it a great one. Thank you!

Response from the team was great! My issue is that the signs took almost two weeks and when I got my realtor signs, they didn’t have the holes so I could hang them. I realize I could have forgotten to check the boxes for the holes but you shouldn’t be able to skip that step.

Additionally, we want to clarify that our site does not currently offer grommets, those would be added by custom request with the team. It took 3 weeks to receive my signs…
It took 3 weeks to receive my signs which was 2 weeks too late. Then it came without the grommets I paid for so I can’t use it until I pay to have someone local add those. It also came bent in the corner and the printed part is peeling. Horrible horrible horrible.

We received your proof approval on 6/2 and proceeded with production, providing the expected arrival date at that time. Additionally, our website does not currently support the addition of grommets but we will look into having them added as an option for purchase.
