Bought the November box after researching the products included in it. All influencers and the company´s own Social Media channels indicated a list of great products. When I received teh box, I only got a shower gel, an eyeshadow and a hand lotion. Not even one of the 5 products promised. The subscription cannot be cancelled before 2 months and they do not accept to comply with standard consumer laws in Spain that allow for withdrawal of contract within 14 days of purchase. They also deny any fault. An awful experience and even worse customer service. Stay away from them!
Edit: They publicly ask for email to assist but do nothing at all. The customer service I initially contacted refuses to comply with Derecho de Desistimiento that rules in Spain for purchases of consumer goods and claims they advised the box advertised was sold out hence they sent a different one. This info is contradictory as she also claims that the offer was never intended for the November box, yet all the documentation indicates what i bought was a November box not a different one.
