Found this Company to be very good.
From my initial enquiries ( a lot of them) via their text box) and email l I managed to get all my enquires answered.
The two chairs I ordred were quickly and easily delivered.
One chair was easily put together.
Chair sturdy, although I must admit arms were a bit wobbly.
However had to return one, as having sat in the made up one, the seat from back to front was not as long as I first thought, due to lumber support, felt as thought it pushed me forwards. My husband who is lighter than me is pleased with it.
I text them and explained the problem and asked if I could return it. I had to show photo of unpackaged item.
They consequently arranged collection free of charge.
All good, The chair was duly collected and am now waiting for refund.
The chair itself is sturdy although as stated previously, arms not so much.Hence the four stars.
The motor in the chair a little noisy, but not enough to worry about.
It is a shame the phone number given is constantly engaged, but I used both the text chat and email. Will update when refund is given.
UPDATE.
Had both a text and email from Blisswood to an enquiry made today, as to whether or not they had recieved the returned chair
I had contacted the Carrier who told me there was a hold up.
However the issue is now solved, with a promise of a refund in the next few days.
I will certainly reccomend this company to Family and Friends
I can`t fault them for their customer service.

Chair lovely, only a few discolouration marks on the leather. Very easy to assemble.... thanks to leaflet and online video. Chair easy to change sitting positions. Very comfortable.

Self assembly required and only delivery to street level.
Saw on their website a swivel chair I thought would suit me. But before ordering I emailed with a couple of questions. 1. Would there be a need for some assembly of the chair. 2. Do they offer a doorstep delivery service or would they bring the chair to my flat.
I am elderly and live in a retirement development. So, I need delivery to my flat as it would be impossible for me to get the chair to my flat from the street.
The replies were quick but sadly advised that some assembly is required and their delivery company will only deliver to the main front door as they are not allowed to deliver the item above the ground floor. They further suggested I ask a neighbour for help. As we are all in our 70s and 80s, help from a neighbour would not be possible. I would have been happy to pay extra for delivery direct to me but that was not offered.
I long for the old days when if you bought a piece of furniture it would arrive fully assembled and delivered direct to the room you wanted it in. Wishful thinking.

I purchased an Egg chair March 2024.
I purchased an Egg chair, which came very quickly. I am very pleased with the purchase, it was bigger than I expected, and I could not get it in my front door. However, my daughter and I were able to carry it round to our back garden.
When it was put together, one of the bolts, had a damaged thread, which could not be used. However my husband replaced this, with one of his own. It looks lovely, the cushion is comfortable, and actually it’s sturdy for the money. We had an issue with three of the strands of the basket. Coming unwoven. However, after talking to the company, this will not affect the strength. They were prompt in checking this out, and refunded some money. Over all, I like it very much. Thank you.

Far from relaxing
Despite a positive ordering and delivery process unfortunately it went downhill from there. Fairly complicated assembly process on this chair which was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever sat on. After not many months of average use the seat of the chair collapsed and a one arm had a hole where the material had worn through. After contacting Customer Service, via email, regarding warranty I have yet to receive a reply.Update... further to this review Customer Service contacted me having not received my original email? They offered a replacement chair, which I wasn't willing to accept. They then offered a 50% refund if I removed this review but mutually agreed on an updated review regarding the "better" level of Customer Service.

Expected something different
N.2 of the front panels unfortunately arrived chipped.
Also not so easy to built and through it will be on a sliding system to adjust size rather than having to screw it to the correct size

Customer Service is just WOW!
I ordered a chair after seeing so many good reviews and I was not disappointed at all. Unfortunately, my electric recliner chair had technical issues so I contacted them. After providing a video of the issue, they sent another chair for free including postage immediately. The customer service was just wow!
Here's my observation:
Easy to order, product description on point, very good prices, very quick delivery, great post sale customer service, swift replies, easy to come to a solution.
Overall a 5 out of 5.

Fast service and delivery
Nice chairs and very supportive. Not sure of the quality yet, as the fabric on the arms seems a little loose. Overall easy to put together except for attaching the arms which was very fiddly.
