However,Blisswood needs to include installation even if it's at a little cost to assist customers that cannot do it yourself. This is very important. Most Furniture companies do installations.

It was good that I could track the delivery on the date and get updates from the delivery company.
It was well packaged.
To put it together wasn’t straightforward, I recommend to review the instructions ahead as some of the numbered pieces didn’t match the instructions. Minor chips on some of the parts. Outer parts look solid, not so sure about slat base. Overall looks good.

I contacted Blisswood with an issue I had with the adapter from my chair. Customer Services contacted my promptly to request further information to identify the fault. I sent pictures and they have gone out of their way to help and replace the faulty adapter in a very timely manner.

I bought the chair because of the Massage & leg rest, but the massage feature did not meet my expectation
UPDATE:
I was contacted by the customer satisfaction team and the gentleman I spoke with was professional and helpful. He offered me a 50% refund, which I thought was very decent of him. Whilst I understand that every customer's preference differs, I think clear advertisement is important so that customers know exactly what they are paying for. It is not a massage chair, and shouldn't be advertised as one. The team has promised to look into the wording. I have reviewed my rating based on my experience with the customer satisfaction team.
