Blizzard stands for low quality since 1999. Every year there's something fundamentally wrong with either their Battle.net launcher, or one of their games. Every time users have to go and either download and reinstall their game, or do a whole bunch of subtle operations to get everything Blizzard back to work again. Users have to anticipate for extreme waiting times when contacting customer support.

Poor after sales service
I purchased a recycling logo cookie cutter that was quite urgent and paid for express shipping. The cookie cutter arrived on time and therefore initially the customer service was great. I soon realised once I started making my cookies that the recycling logo was back to front and therefore contacted the company to let them know. Unfortunately it was too late to get a replacement. I have not heard back from the company at all.
