The delivery initially was quick. However there was an error in the auto fill address resulting in the incorrect address being put on. No drama. Re-ordered as the other package was sent RTS. (Was not able to redirect)
Contacted Brenden who confirmed receipt of the original package and asked for a refund. Initial response from him was prompt. Within a day, however when asked for a refund as i had re-ordered the items as i needed them by a certain day, the response has been none. It has been 2 weeks with me emailing 3 times since asking progress of refund with no response. I paid afterpay also, so will be contacting after pay also. Poor customer service if you ask me. They have the items and money paid for the items.
Also I believe we should be able to decide if we want to safe drop with ort delivery or signature on delivery and not signature on delivery only as its not always possible togo to a PO if missed as most PO are only open mon-fri and you work those same hours, it makes it difficult to collect.

As always, excellent customer service, prompt delivery of product. We've used Blizzard Sales for my kids birthdays for 5 years now & will be back next year!

This parcel took at least 3 weeks to arrive.
It couldnt even be tracked to see where it was.
I have followed up for a refund a number of times and now am receiving no contact from them anymore. I'm so disappointed. I spent 25 dollars on this and couldnt even use it because it arrived so late, well after the 1 to 2 week advised shipping time. I just want my money back. Really disappointing experience
