Ordered some replacement lenses
Ordered some replacement lenses. Were dispatched quickly and received in perfect condition quickly. I would highly recommend their glasses, and highly recommend their service. Top marks.
Poor customer service with returns for replacement!!
Sent a pair of glasses back to them on the 26th June as the lenses developed an issue which I sent pictures directly via email and have been advised they would be replaced after being inspected as only bought 6 months ago!! Feeling like I am being fobbed off -_- first time told 'large number of parcels being held by royal mail' when I enquired if mine were among them direct via email on the 8th july which they weren't and I informed a further 20 being held and should be released to them on the 13th july.. no attempt has been made to contact royal mail to find out or to keep me in the loop about the matter.. I have to chase them up asking if they are there as it shouldnt be taking this long -_-
This is a poor level for service and I'm still waiting baring in mind could take a further 7 days upon receipt of them actually getting there to replace or return what I bought that got damaged! Not happy
Great glasses, great service!
Having worn nothing but Ray-Ban sunglasses for over 30 years, I have recently become disillusioned by their modern styles, and they no longer make the styles I prefer. I suffer with an eye condition called Keratoconus which makes my eyes extremely succeptable to light. I bought a pair of Bloc Hornet PT22's from Heathrow airport 18 months ago whilst flying to Bangkok, and I have to say they are fantastic! Great quality and great lenses. Over this period they have picked up some battle scars (my fault), so I have recently purchased an identical pair from Bloc online. Delivery was swift and 25% of the price I normally end up paying for Ray-Bans. Great glasses and great service. Many thanks Bloc!
Great sunglasses and spectacular after sales service
My Delta X46 are an amazing pair of sunglasses. About a year ago after eye surgery I needed a decent pair of sunglasses that I could also drive in (Cat3). Having been a fan of Bloc Eyewear for many years I settled on a pair of Delta X46. They fitted extremely well, were comfortable and had excellent clear lenses so basically all that was described in the catalogue and at a very affordable price. A year on (June 2020) and somehow the nose pads fell off and were lost. Unable to find replacements online I tried Bloc direct who didn't have any but asked me to send the glasses back under warranty for them to look at. They emailed me both a returns form and postage label, which is spectacular after sales service, in any language. I have now had brand new replacement pair. So thank you Bloc Eyewear for a great pair of sunglasses and the very best after sales service anyone could hope for. I would 100% recommend both their sunglasses and customer service.
Quality customer service.
Bought a pair of sunglasses from a duty free shop. Unfortunately after wearing them a couple of times they broke due to a manufacturing problem. Emailed a phot of the glasses and the receipt. Got a prompt reply and new glasses sent within a week of email. I use bloc goggles for skiing and have another pair of sunglasses for cycling and these have both been excellent quality. I must say this is the best customer service I have ever had.
Good glasses but zero customer service
The buying process is easy and price fair, with a no hassle delivery.
Downside was no response from their customer services department- they substituted the case and I emailed twice and got no reply at all.
