Great Service - Unblocked our drain in minutes
No call out charge, fixed price service. Our drain has been giving us trouble for years and we've always put it off but finally gave in and called the professionals. The engineer had it unblocked in minutes and we now have a clean, free flowing drain without that horrible smell. Why did I wait so long!

Always impressed
Having used MZR on numerous occasions for drain surveys, occasionally blockages etc, I am constantly impressed with both their professionalism and attitude.
We had a major issue on a drain blockage recently, the team were attentive, quick and dealt with the tenants with exceptional courtesy despite the obvious upset of the situation.
Drain rectification isn't a fun job, but the attitude of the operatives and their customer service was exceptionally impressive, keeping me informed throughout the process.
Highly recommended.

Drain survey and repair
We found out about MZR via Check-a-Trade. We employed them first to do a survey on a drain which we thought might have been damaged by a massive tree root. MZR did the survey and the camera pictures revealed some damage. We got them back to do the repair. Mark was the engineer, and what a great bloke. He told me exactly what he was doing at each step of the way, and explained what he needed when necessary. He was very thorough and even asked next door if he could check their link into the common drain. It took Mark a day and a half to do the repair work, but it was great. A horrible dirty job, but he did it with a smile and a cheery attitude. I really recommend MZR.

Excellent. Called out as an emergency on a Sunday. I found them to be professional, with great customer service and most importantly, the drain issue was resolved.

We dont understand your feedback we have signed job sheet stating you were happy with the work we carried out, why would you sign the work sheet and pay the invoice if you were not happy? You have not at any stage advised us you were not happy ?
