I needed a soakaway installed at the end of our drive to accommodate the run-off from our front extension. This had to be carried out in full accordance with building regulations as it needed to be signed off by Building Control. Mikey worked really well with me to ensure that the minutiae of specifications were met. Throughout the preparation for the work and the carrying out of the work itself, Mikey‘s communications were timely and helpful. The installation work itself was carried out by Mikey and colleagues properly; was inspected by Building Control and passed by them. Total Drainage also provide a five year guarantee. I highly recommend Total Drainage and Mikey.

I have had a problem with my drainage for several weeks and two people were unable to locate the issue. Thought I'd give total a try as I later found my neighbour had a similar issue, which was quickly resolved by Total.

Mike (or Mikey?) came out the next day and resolved the issue in 1 hour! Top service and the price was more than fair. Hopefully I don't need to use them again in the future, but if I have any drainage issues again, Total will be my first point of call.
