Product not received due inventory innacurate (thats what customer service said)

I was excited to get my product, i had to sent an email asking for the tracking number and then the team confirmed that item was not in stock anymore.
Immediately then asked for the refund since nothing else was elegible.
Refund was issued through paypal, and so far almost 7 days and i havent receive it.
So sad that your web page inventory is innacurate, this was the first time i was using blondieshop
So far my favorite platform is Farfetch, never experienced an issue like this.

Our customercare advised you about this and issue immediately the refund, that could be accredited in usually max 10 working days. BY FAR THE BEST PLACE TO SHOP ANYTHING LUXURY RELATED

This is by far one of the best places to shop anything luxury related with the most competitive prices in this area. Customer service, user interface and shipping timeframe are all top notch. ¡I'm happy I got to discover this gem and to call myself a frequent and loyal BLONDIE customer!

Very happy UK customer

Very happy UK customer!

Blondieshop has a great range of brands at a great price and they stock a full range of sizes. Every time I have shopped I have always managed to get a good deal, including the latest offer to have duties to the UK paid in full.

Very big thank you to Luca who has dealt with all my customer service queries quickly and efficiently. Everything always resolved in full. Thank you Luca!

Excellent shopping (and shipping) experience

Blondie are amazing (and of course they are real). They've got a brilliant line of designer items, at affordable prices, and they ship to pretty much anywhere in the world. I ordered a pair of Saint Laurent Wyatt boots (Jodhpur) and they were at my place in less than a week. There was a small issue with import duty, but this was instantly settled to my satisfaction by the very frinedly Blondie customer care team (shout out and huge thanks to Luca!). The shoes were exactly as described. Excellent service all around.

As a user who often uses Blondie, I think it's a bummer.
If you had told me about the stock in advance, I wouldn't have to wait for more than two weeks.

Please let me know as soon as possible if there is a problem with the order or inventory in the future.

unfortunately your order had some issue in the collecting phase as our customercare advised; this happened in a period of a couple of days when it was national holiday in italy, so for this reason it had taken more than usual. As you said you already shop with us, so you know that this was an exception ; by the way, i assure we'll put all our efforts to improve . Hope you'll give to us another chance!
