Records ship out on time, arrive safe
Records ship out on time. Packed well. Arrive when they are supposed to. I don’t know fully half the artists and have to find them online and listen to them immediately. But blood has had some excellent artists and the LP quality is stellar. Thanks, Blood peeps!

I like the record and all. I realize it’s not your fault, but the sleeve was a bit damaged in shipping. Wish there was a better way to protect the product.

Ordered 2 months ago - still no tracking and no item
I placed an order two months ago. I still don’t have the item and the account shows it hasn’t even shipped or been packaged. I got an email survey asking me about my experience before I even got an item.

When I ordered my vinyl I originally had it being shipped to my old address I was able to very quickly contact support to have it delivered to my new address this was done they quickly and professionally and it was one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had, I hope to buy from here in the future
