Complete rip off. Cheap goods and I was stupid enough not to check Amazon before buying - where they were available from many sellers at considerably lower price. Won’t get caught this way again!

I ordered the muliti colour light phone charger from this company. It's supposed to be in UK. I have'nt had my order after e mailing them countless times i still have no order. First i got tracking for USA.Today i messaged them again they gave me a new tracking in CHINA.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS.COMPANY IT'S A SCAM. ONLY PUT ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU CAN'T LEAVE A REVIEW WITHOUT IT.

do not order from this company they took extra money out of my account items turned up broken i requested a refund and they have been throbbing me off!!! i’m the customer will be reporting to bank also trading standards! disgusting disgraceful customer service they must be hard up for money!!!!! just been offered £6 when i paid £36 please don’t not order from this company they are frauds

Ordered a month ago, still no order. I agreed ro pay what they advertised and thought I had but more than this was taken from bank. No email to confirm order. Scam, stay away!

Ordered the multi functional light blue tooth clock for granddaughter. It wouldn’t charge and had no SIM card to use it’s music. Absolutely rubbish

If I had known my order was coming from the USA I wouldn’t have bothered. My order went in on the 9th November and still have not received it. Don’t order if you want it in time for Xmas (you probably won’t get it) Also the price they state on the site is not what you pay, taxes are added. I definitely won’t bother again.

I have at last received my order. After travelling through the USA and ending up in Ireland it took exactly 1 month . After emailing them they have refunded me the extra £3.42 (taxes they added) and said it was a system error). They have apologised so all good now.

This company are selling goods that are not the goods that they advertised. I have been on to support team.
I had been waiting for 4 g light phone chargers with Bluetooth etc since ordering on 2nd November. They gave me a tracking number which after 3 weeks I rang them as they said it had been in US customs then in UK customs . They then told me the transit company had given the wrong tracking number. They told me they had now ordered the goods from china warehouse and gave me a link and new tracking number. The link stated it was unsafe.. I then got delivery on Friday 29th november 4 weeks later from Yodel . The package was no bigger than my hand and I remarked I was waiting for 4 items . He said I think there are a few things in the parcel. It was 4 of a very cheap copy of what was advertised. I have got nowhere with the support team . They then had the cheek to offer me 6 Us dollars as a good will gesture as they had contacted the warehouse and they said the right goods were sent .. they advertise as a UK company.
I am going to keep hounding them for the right items are sent as advertised. Please let everyone know that this company should not be used under any circumstances. They are frauds tricking people into buying goods that they are not selling .I would like to find out who their CEO is to see what they have to say .

I want to warn others about this company. I ordered an item because the website had a .co.uk domain, so I thought it was a UK-based business. After placing my order, I waited a week without receiving anything. I emailed them to ask about my parcel and got a reply with a tracking number. I was shocked to see that the parcel was coming from the US.

I decided to wait, but after nearly a month, I still hadn’t received it. When I checked the tracking again, it showed that the parcel was now in China! I was completely shocked because the first tracking said it was in the US, and now it’s suddenly in China.

I’m also worried if I’ll have to pay extra fees when it finally arrives. I regret not checking reviews before buying. It was a big mistake to trust an ad on Facebook. Please avoid this company—it’s been a terrible experience for me!

Total scam took more than price and no item received

After placing my order for the sonic jewellery cleaner and then reading the reviews, I was convinced it was a scam. Turned out to be genuine. Delivery took a long time but it arrived after a couple of weeks.

It works, and left my jewellery much cleaner than previously, though the suction pads on the base aren’t strong enough to stop it moving around.

Item eventually arrived Friday morning 22nd November, ordered 1st November
Item nothing like their photo,a lot smaller,and power connection only 3 inch long
Have messaged them for return address and a full refund
Nothing yet back from them

Disgusting website complained as they said my order was delivered but wasn’t delivered at my address would not give me a refund or send another one first time using them won’t be using them again in the future stay away

Complete and utter rubbish supplied,broken and they will not send me a returns label offering £1 compensation,This item was being sold on another site for pence not the pounds I spent on it ,They should not be allowed to advertise

This company is guarantee stands for nothing. I bought two egg separators, which did not work at all as it only pierces the egg in one area and it’s impossible to understand how it would actually open the shell all the way round. It also fell apart. The metal items fell out on first use. The company regardless of saying they have a quibble free hundred percent guarantee, stance for nothing. I’ve contacted the company several times they tell me that their product department states says nothing wrong with the items , Although how they know when the items are still in my possession, I really don’t understand. Just keep away from the company all together.

Order took a month to arrive. China-USA-Belfast-England. Registered office in Cardiff 146a Whitchurch Road. I rang people in no. 146, 146a is private flat above their shop, not Bloom Realm. Have been emailing BR they offered me £4 then £6 for my £25 purchase. The item was not wooden, nor made in British Countryside and only 3 puzzles not 24! Complete lies as is their refund policy. FB should take down these lying ads.

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. My order totalled £10.38. But they have debited £12.58. I know it’s only £2.00 difference but not what I agreed

Nothing like what I ordered. Very disappointed. But, I did actually receive something. DO NOT USE.

Product actually arrived but was extremely poor quality and arrived in pieces. It was not usable.

The company would not refund the product. Very poor.

This company says it is in the UK but they ship the goods from China, Do not touch with a barge pole. They mislead you. If I was aware they were Chinese i would never have touched them.
Cheap Chinese crap.
