This company is a major scam. They don't supply the part that is ordered, knowing full well that the cost to return to china for refund would significantly exceed the cost of the item. Even going through PayPal's protection system doesn't help as they require a return for refund. Stay way away from this fraudulent operator.

if I could give zero stars I would. When I first ordered this, it was the beginning of December, they overcharged me by $20. I emailed their customer service and they refunded me the money right away. after their quick response and correction, I thought this would be a reputable company. However, My package did not arrive until the beginning of February. Two months later!It was supposed to be two parts, something that plugs into the outlet and then a receiver to use on a panel box to find a tripped circuit. I only received one of the items. When I emailed the customer service, they replied, saying after speaking to their warehouse, they sent me the correct product. I went back-and-forth with them multiple times explaining that what I ordered was supposed to have two parts and I only received one. they’re reply was our warehouse checked and we sent you the right item. I repeatedly asked for them to send me the other piece or refund me my money and I just got the same response over and over again. I would never order anything from this company again and I would not recommend anyone deal with them ever! Horrible customer service! They are a scam!They are insinuating that I am lying about what I received or they falsely advertised what they were selling me.

If I could give them a zero I would. Please never order from this company. I ordered the flash drive that didn't work and also couldn't verify the app it was suppose to use. It would not login to the app. I spent more than 38 dollars and they offered me 9. Their return policy doesn't exist. They won't offer any return or refund. This is very much a scam. Even though they say there's a 30day return/refund policy they don't honor it at all. Now Im stuck with a flash drive that doesn't work at all and their not trying to resolve this issue. They won't refund or let me return the item. Please don't get caught up in this scam.

Ordered in Dec, 2025, contacted middle of Jan 2026, said they couldn't find the tracking info, would reorder. Said I would get info within a week. Still have not heard from them and and almost in the second week of Feb. 2026.Please don't order from this company, many many bad reviews. Wish I would have read

The company purports to be USA, but the product comes from China via USA and takes a few weeks. The product (2 TB flash drive) has a faulty USB-C adapter. After several email exchanges and photos proving the fault, I was offered $2.
Do NOT use this company.

I purchased a Circuit Breaker Finder on December 3, 2025. I received tracking on 12/4/25...and my order was coming from Portugal!! It's now January 9, 2026, and I have yet to receive my order. I reached out twice and was told the tracking info I see is what they see, and all they can do is ask to expedite the order. The last time the order moved was Dec 31, 2025, located in Greensboro, NC. They said they've sent out a new shipment, and I responded that I want a refund because I'm not waiting another month for my order. I was told they couldn't refund me because my order had already shipped. I will NEVER buy from this company again. If I knew my order was coming from overseas, I definitely wouldn't have ordered it. I could've (and should've) just gone to a local hardware store and bought the item.

I bought the gift box with the middle finger as a gift. It is missing three screws. I contacted them and they basically told me im a liar

Bought swim googles and paid for expedited shipping, it’s been 3 weeks and still no googles! Do not buy from this company!!!

Total scam ordered 3 bras on 3rd February money taken from a/c in US $ now 18th March and still no bras, have tried contacting company several times but no reply. Disgusted

Bought some bras but they didn’t fit they refused to give me the address to return the items cost me $31USD to buy but they initially told me to keep the bras & offered me $2USD then after some haggling they offered $3USD which I declined but they deposited it in my PayPal account so I put in a claim with PayPal but they said I’d been given a refund so case closed I will never buy from them & not recommend to friends and family not a good experience not a reputable company

I got these for my nephew as a gift for his first birthday and they’re adorable!

Bought these for my son. He loves them. Says they are comfortable. The red is super bright. And my son has been wearing them everyday for over a month. They still look brand new.
