I paid for a a specific flashdrive, order has no been received though they state that package was sent. I checked with the main post office in my area and the text that was sent from the post office states" that there is no package with that tracking number that has come through there system/ facility. And now I cannot even get a response from them via email about the situation. Beware, Beware, Beware!!!. Do not order anything from this entity. They state it was delivered on 2/7/26. Placed outside my front door. I was home all day. They did not put it in the mail box nor toss it inside the enclosed front porch. I was told through their email correspondent that I should go look in my back yard, behind garbage barrels, dumpsters, walk around the neighbors and ask neighbors if they received a package by mistake. WTF!!!!

My order was several months late and if I had not contacted the company, I might have never gotten it. I requested to speak to a manager or someone in charge about the issue. I have asked several times and have been refused by customer support person Nellie.
Will not use this company again.

We got these as teacher gifts! The teachers had a great laugh and were so excited that they weren't gifted just another mug.

Horrible, no communication, delays

The portrait arrived in perfect condition and I really enjoyed the process. I can hardly wait for my husband’s expression on Christmas when he opens it! Quality is great and the shipping was quick and your website is stellar for choosing correct portrait. I had to change my initial selection for darker clothing background since my husband has a white beard and the Napoleon portrait didn’t work but the Barbarian portrait worked and is an awesome portrait highlighting him!!

The design came back really quick and I thought that was great. BUT, three weeks later and I still have not received an update or tracking. I ordered on November 11th for a birthday Dec 5th, it is Dec 3rd, still nothing. I sent emails and have yet to receive an update. The policy is no refunds...how if we never receive the item.

It turned out well and I'm happy with the purchase.

Horrible company. The "2-3 day" turnaround for a custom order approval has taken weeks. I received an email saying it would be rushed then nothing. When trying to cancel they also don't answer.

Spend your time and money elsewhere.

I ordered on 12/6. The picture turned out really cute, but I asked for 2 revisions, one of which they did, the other they did incorrectly. When I sent a clarification on what I wanted, they responded that they do not do the types of revisions I was asking for, even though they already did. Twice. I mentioned that to them in yet another response on 12/19. It’s been 3 weeks, and I haven’t heard from them since. My dad never got his Christmas present. I hope they enjoy my money.

I’ve messaged about my order and still no response. So why are you asking for a review when I haven’t even received it since I ordered it December 9th.

My “artwork” literally looks like a bad cut and paste job. It’s very obvious that very little effort goes into to actually making these “masterpieces”. I won’t be ordering from Masterpiece Me again. Hopefully Crown and Paw does humans as well as pets.

I used Masterpiece Me a few times in the past with good results. But that was a few years ago and now they seemed to be less detailed oriented, and, to be honest, less considerate. I recently placed an order where I paid extra for fast track and gave a tip on top to make sure the picture got to me quickly so I could take it with me on a trip. They were very quick to tell me they couldn’t guarantee the time and when I finally saw the first proof, it was amateur at best. I had to ask to have it redone which they and changed it slightly did. They could’ve told me there was an issue with the picture because he was wearing a turtleneck (which I didn’t realize at the time I submitted it) but they didn’t bother. It’s simply now a conveyor belt company, which I would not use again. There are too many other and better options out there.

I'm seeing a recurring theme here. I too, had an amazing first purchase with this business, and like many reviews purchases after are blatantly and unprofessionally different. I ordered a portrait and digital download on May 8, 2024 and I still haven't received either. They didn't make my desired edits on my download, though they said they would, and are currently telling me my download is ready despite my edits not being made. They claim my order was delivered, but that has not happened. Worse, they have flat out stopped responding to my many inquiries about my order and have not issued a refund or any candid communication about my order. BUYERS BEWARE; this is not an honest business and you are better off looking elsewhere and submitting a claim to the Better Business Bureau about this scam of a business.

I did not need to have a revision of the portrait but I appreciated the option. I’m excited to see the finished product.

The purchase was placed on July 07, 2024.
The portrait was returned twice for correction. *(Could not approve the child with what appears to be a BEARD!)

As of today’s date 08/09/24, still have not received the products that were purchased on 07/07/24.

Purchased on 7/11 with the guarantee a proof would be emailed within 2-3 days. Reached out on day 9 to inquire and still no response. Extremely unprofessional way to handle a business. Awful customer service.

My relatives were ecstatic with their gift and so appreciated the thought. Thank you for making this a worthwhile experience.

beautiful picture

The portrait is beautiful! I was surprised that it was simply an 8x10 poster. I thought it would be a canvas, like our previous order. This was my fault, since I obviously did not check to make sure it used the term canvas on the order.
