This site has a .co.uk brand, yet is not based in UK, and the item I ordered, which was three packets of flower seeds were shipped from China. No labelling, have no idea what these seeds are and cannot trust to use them in a garden in the UK. Have emailed the support@ address. Don't expect an answer. And yes, true to form, the email has bounced back!!!!!!!!

Wish I'd checked reviews, ordered bras for 42E cup, the ones they sent were more for 42B cup.
Not happy and refused refund, said I needed to return to China yet they were sent from USA?
Tried claiming through PayPal but they won't help without proof of return.
Avoid this company at all costs!!

Please keep away from this company. Their stick on product for strapless outfits is not up to standard. I ordered a C cup and the size was more an A cup for a 12-year-old just starting out wearing bras they were tiny, they certainly do not do the job they were supposedly intended for.
I have been in touch with this company and they offered me £2.00p as a courtesy refund I felt insulted to think that this is what they offered.
These people are not in my eyes good at dealing with disgruntled customers.
I told them that I would give them a bad review and I would not recommend them to any of my friends at all.
If I could give less than one star, I would give -5 stars…..

Was going to take a look at this website but checked reviews here first and have decided I will not be ordering.Appears Many have had issues. On trust pilot it states they are based in the US. The website has no contact details other than an email, which is always a red flag to me. The website also states delivery is 14-30 days with a return address in Hong Kong. There are so many sites like this.

Awful company you literally have to send hundreds of emails before they answer and they have overcharged by £6 do not buy from this company

I placed an order through what appeared to be a UK-based website, with a clearly stated total of £17.99 including shipping. However, £22.78 was debited from my account, a clear overcharge without explanation.

After noticing the discrepancy, I contacted customer service in hopes of resolving the issue and receiving a refund. I’ve since discovered that the company is US-based, ships from China, and uses a UK-facing site to attract local buyers, which feels intentionally misleading.

At best, this is poor business practice. At worst, it feels like a deliberate attempt to misrepresent pricing and location to mislead customers. I sincerely hope this gets resolved, but I urge others to be cautious before purchasing.

Let’s hope they do the right thing. I’ll update this review based on how they handle the refund.

**Update*** after they eventually confirmed the overcharge, I was refunded the difference.

Can't believe I didn't check here before ordering!

Same as everyone else, ordered items and got charged more than I should have. Item was "in transit" for nearly 2 months and after trying to cancel the order and obtain a refund they advised they would only do it if I covered the cost of the shipping and the "loss of item"!
Masquerade as a UK company but then they use a Chinese shipping method and a US address.

Just thieving scammers, nothing more.

Just wish there was something more we could do about people/companies like this.

I stupidly ordered from this website too. Ordered £9 item and was charged £12.48. I thought that was extremely suspect so came to the reviews to see I’ve clearly been scammed. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow.

I placed an order for total £12.58 but my credit card was charged £15.73. No idea if I will receive the items I ordered, but not holding much hope having read these reviews. Wish I’d read them before paying anything and will see if my credit card will refund me - glad I hadn’t spent any more!

Absolute scam. Ordered a few of the wrap mascaras, hadn’t had a shipping email or any other communication after 5 weeks, when emailed them, a false tracking number (checked in the post office) was given. When I queried it, they said they would send me a new tracking number,and neglected to put the tracking number on the email. I asked if they could resend, and they said I would have to pay, and even more than I’ve already paid and lost! I have email proof of all of this, so they can’t deny it. Complete rip off company .

I can't believe I was scammed by what I thought was a UK based company. I ordered flowers in March and still not received, they seem to have a generic reply to any email I send. Apparently my flowers are 'in transit ' in Oxford UK since March! 🤣 I've contacted this company several times and they just don't care and will not offer a refund. Who can we report this report this company to as lots of the reviews say the same. This company is obviously a fake and STEALING MONEY!!

Ordered flowers on the 16th April 2025 and still haven't recieved.
Emailed customer service to cancel as waited too long and still no reply so I'm assuming this is a scam and have reported it to my credit card.

Computerised customer service, no tracking update for over a month so assuming lost in transit or this site is a scam

I ordered two dresses with built in shorts,totally unwearable, shoddy, all sewn together wrong really awful. Will not let you return.please avoid at all cost.

I am still waiting on my flowers that I ordered in April.Have tried to email but it fails to send.I paid nearly £25 and have received nothing.NOT HAPPY
