I was a little apprehensive at some of the negative reviews posted regarding this company but my experience was first class. I had a prompt response to my communication regarding an incorrect delivery address (which was my error) and I received my order in a very timely manner. Very pleased

Ordered 4 scrapers on 21st November. Over a month later still not arrived. After reading these reviews not hopeful that they ever will. About to contact my credit card company to arrange a chargeback. First and last time I will buy off Facebook advert!

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to order an item on November 23rd and expect to receive it in time for Christmas. However what this company fails to tell you when you order is that the items take an unacceptably long time to arrive. They come via the USA and appear according to their tracking to sit in places for days at a time and then go a ridiculously circuitous route. Fortunately not a main present or expensive either but be aware !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY!!! I really wish I had read the reviews first. I ordered an alarm clock charger whose expected delivery date is now the twelfth of never! It appears to have been in transit across the world for over 6 weeks and despite 4 emails to ' customer support ' there has been no sign of it. I am told they are in contact with the delivery service and are urging them to hurry up🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thank goodness I paid with PayPal who refunded me immediately as soo as I raised an enquiry with them.
Buyer beware.

Ordered the clock/phone charger on 7th December for my grandson’s Christmas present - how I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I haven’t received it yet - tracking has shown me that following a road trip across the United States my clock has now been in US Customs for three days! E-mails to Bloom Realm have assured me they are as disappointed as I am and are trying to expedite my delivery! I thought I was ordering from a UK company and agree with all the previous reviews - avoid Bloom Realm at all costs!!!

We ordered 3 Egg Separators, via FaceBook advert.
Just the most c rap bits of plastic with the metal tags fallen out. I put the tags back in & the product was still useless. It will never work, just a c rap design. Totally useless.
Their web site suggests they are a couple in the USA. They made 2 derisory offers of £2 then £5 so as I don't have to pay the expensive postage to China.
That's a surprise, they are Chinese! WOW. About to start Section 75 charge back, via credit card company

Ordered from them 6th November still no delivery . Over charged to start with. keep emailing them keep being fobbed off .
Now they are saying my delivery has been returned to local post office and
they can't do anything about it . found tracking number it's apparently at a delivery company in London but they have a Scotland post code yeah that sounds legit . Now they say if I still want the order they will re send at a cost to me to cover there losses or I can get a refund minus there losses

DON'T ORDER from this China based company. If I could give -5 I would. Ordered something from the "UK" based, NOT UK based company. Still haven't got it and have messaged them a couple of times, nothing. Going to have to raise a dispute with PayPal.

I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered the Multifunctional Bluetooth Speaker-Colorful Atmosphere Light Wireless Charging and Clock All-in-one MachineBlack. It took over 5 weeks to arrive, despite looking like a UK based company it was shipped from the USA, and when I did receive it the speaker is not at all representative of what is being advertised on Facebook. It’s small and made of very cheap plastic, with a charging wire that wouldn’t reach a plug to enable it to be used on a surface. Despite numerous emails, Bloom Realm won’t allow me to return the item for a refund, as per UK distance selling regulations. Emails back and forth with them are pointless - they keep wishing me a happy life! I just want to return the item and get a refund for this useless product.

Ordered 2 x garments, delivered wrong garments, wrong sizes and after long delays. They will only refund once items have been received in China (at an obscure address - postage paid by customer)
Complete scam ….avoid like the plague.

This company is a total scam my purchase was in America now in china I had to cancel my credit card as well be warned people

-5 if possible. Company NOT in the uk but based in China despite appearances. No parcel arrived. Refuses to give refund. emails get you no where. I will never buy anything from Facebook again complete FRAUD

Goods still not arrived 4 weeks later - this company is NOT UK based - it is in China
Raised a claim with Paypal - denied because seller says I have received the goods -I can quite categorically state that I haven't

Do not use this company placed an order it's not arrived. I've asked repeatedly for a refund. I'm 82 and can't afford to loose 12.58 for which Amazon are charging £1.99 per item.

Firstly I must appologize for my error in the company name it was not Bloom Boutique Ltd. It was Bloom-Realm, my order was for a circle light with ipad charging. I was charged for x2 which I didnt order and charged £36.24. The order placed was for 1 of the light which was £18.99. I tried to contact them from my bank statement on several occassions without sucesses. It would appear its a disused telephone number? you asked for more information on this matter. The date was 20th November when the amount was taken by this company from my account. I wish to be refunded as this is without doubt a scam or oppsolute non exsisting company. I would be grateful for you to investigate the matter and hopefully a refund as a pensioner it will be greatly needed over this cost of living expenses.

Completely misleading, by stating.co.uk makes you think they are based in UK. Ordered table gifts over 3 weeks ago for a dinner party I had Saturday. These never arrived , had to go and purchase more gifts. Kept contacting bloom-realm only to told on numerous occasions they were on there way. When they hadn’t arrived by Saturday I asked for a refund only to be told they couldn’t do this as the goods were in transit. I would advise anyone NOT to deal with this company that is based in China/USA ……. A complete fraud!

Avoid! avoid! avoid! Waited 2 months for my order that never arrived apparently delivered before my tracking was completed. Also charged me more than the total. Very dissapointed granddaughter it was her Xmas present. Do not order from this company!!!
