Ordered a preowned watch, this was my first big watch purchase so was a little apprehensive, but it was in incredible condition. It came with all the correct paperwork and box.

I contacted the store to get an update on delivery, the person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and even offered to resize the watch.

Also included was a Bloombar watch roll which was a really nice and unexpected surprise.

As I ordered online on the weekend the order wasn’t processed until Monday, looking at the office hours that made sense, I think some customers would miss that detail, so including that on the completed order email might be an idea.

Overall excellent experience will definitely buy from Bloombar again.

Found Bloombar online after searching for a certain watch I had been looking for. A great website and all round easy to navigate.
I called and a guy called Sam was whom I dealt with and it was effortless a real pleasure to make the deal. I was sent the details to setup/pay and all confirmed back to me.
The delivery was earlier than expected and the parcel was very secure & very well presented once I’ve got it out the delivery box.

I love my watch and will definitely do business with them again, can’t wait to be looking at another one soon.

Sent an offer late Thursday night via their website, received an offer acceptance email from Sam around 6.30am Friday morning, sent them my address mid morning, received the invoice an hour later, paid by bank transfer at lunchtime, received the Omega Planet Ocean Chronograph at 8.45am Saturday morning. Exactly as described in 10/10 condition. Excellent service and as a collector, Bloombar are at the top of my list for future purchases.

It’s always difficult to buy an expensive item on line. I was very hesitant but everything seemed to be on song. The web site, the reviews and the watch descriptions! Still unsure, I phoned Bloombar. Spoke to Sam, very knowledgeable, describing the watch with great detail, wasn’t pushy, very helpful and suggested I look at the videos of him and Eddie (the owner) on you tube. I really would recommend you do. It made my decision. As Sam said, the first purchase is always the hardest. Perfect condition, as described, ordered and delivered within two days.
