Questionable quality
I am afraid that the Zamioculcas Zamiifolia I ordered arrived with black spots covering it that would have been caused by overwatering, the plant pot was sodden on arrival. Overwatering an Zamioculcas Zamiifolia causes the soil to stay wet too long - leading to root rot. Rot is caused by anaerobic fungi and bacteria. Anaerobic means without oxygen; and that’s what happens when soil is wet too long - there isn’t enough air in it to feed the cells of the roots (which, being living things, require oxygen,) or the microbiome of the soil (the helpful bacteria, fungi, and micro-organisms that make for healthy soil.) The spots are caused by a fungus, usually, which can move into the stems of the plant from the roots, or it can be a secondary infection attacking because of the reduced defenses of the plant.
After contacting Bloombox after sales I was advised that the black spots were natural. I know that this plant will not survive long. They are offering no exchange or refund. Disappointing and not a trustworthy seller.

Fabulous plants
The plants I ordered arrived today, and I was absolutely thrilled to see such healthy and full specimens. These are the prettiest I have ever received by online order, and no more expensive than others that were just roots. I do love the plants that Bloombox Club…
I do love the plants that Bloombox Club provides. However, their website leaves a bit to be desired. It's often very difficult to find the Login option. The UX could definitely be improved. Also, there is no way to skip a month's delivery in the subscription service and I definitely think this is a necessary feature that needs to be developed.

Well worth a subscription
I have a subscription and have bought plants separately and they are always excellent quality. The plants are well packaged and the pots are lovely.
The customer service is also excellent and helpful. I was only planning a short subscription but I can see myself with them for a while!

Love the bloombox subscription! Getting a new plant each month brightens my day and the space! The plants are all beautiful, they come with a nice pot and the instructions on how to take care of them. Sometimes there an extra special surprise gift and that’s always lovely.
Helpful and friendly service
Really helpful customer service. Helped when I initially paid and had an issue where I could not enter the code to get a free plant and kindly offered to add it to the order for me. When one of the plants arrived and was seriously damaged a replacement was sent out and thankfully it arrived in a good condition. Friendly and timely service.
