Ordered a Pineapple plant with Glazed…
Ordered a Pineapple plant with Glazed pot as a birthday present over a week ago. When searching using the tracking number no parcel can be found. I rang chasing the status and was told I would get a response by close of business - nothing.
As the recipients birthday has now come and gone the enjoyment of giving this present has gone - and still no nearer knowing if it will ever materialise.
Plant Terrarium
I received a Plant Terrarium Kit as present from my daughter and I am really happy with it. It was a lot of fun setting it up and it looks beautiful especially at night with the light in the lid. Highly recommend!
Wont complete on purchases and hold your money anyway
Website wouldn’t let me purchase what I wanted to buy and the company are still holding £134 worth of my money. Despite talking to them on the phone a week ago and saying the money would be taken out of holding due to failed purchase. Absolute scam steer clear
Re reply bloombox club were at fault with this and their accounts team had to clear the block. They also offered me a gift voucher to remove my review despite being unable to purchase anything from them in the first place!

Moudly terrarium, no reply from support
Ordered a terrarium as a gift and although they initially loved it, mould started to develop within a week. Emailed support and they asked me to reply with pictures, which I did the same day. A day later, I had an email asking me to reply to their email (despite not receiveing a response from them), so I replied again with the same pictures. It's now been over 3 weeks with no response, awful service and I have a useless product!

The website was really easy to use and the plants arrived in perfect condition, with helpful advice on how to care for them. STAY AWAY - misleading website that lies. Says 3-5 days delivery yet not even dispatched after a week. Terrible communication with no help. They add on insurance at checkout that is not needed and deceitful. Awaiting refund. Shocking company and service

Lovely gift!
The order was for a friend. My friend was very delighted! She loved the terrarium and it made her birthday so special. The plants arrived safely, there's just been a delay but the customer service is very helpful! Really recommend this company. :)

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I realised I had made a minor mistake with the delivery address 2 minutes after placing my order and emailed immediately to correct it. That was 5 days ago. Multiple emails have not been answered; the '24/7 helpline' just rings, or doesn't even connect; and the chat function doesn't work. I have no idea where my order - a birthday gift for my mother - now is. Do not use this company.

Poor quality of delivered produce and terrible customer service
Purchased plant for son and daughter-in-law's wedding anniversary. When we saw it we were more than disappointed with the quality of the product. Just one feeble plant instead of the two shown in the advert and it arrived without the expected glass container. Photos were sent to Bloombox. After several e-mails with Bloombox, the outcome is Bloombox are saying we are lying and they plan to do nothing about it. They rely more on the word of their trusty warehouse personel than the customer despite the photographic evidence. This is a terrible way for a business to operate and is certainly not a company I will do business with in the future.

Ordered on Monday for delivery on…
Ordered on Monday for delivery on Mother’s Day. Its now Saturday and the item hasn’t been picked up by the courier yet. Doesn’t help that it’s also coming from the Netherlands apparently. No reply to multiple emails either. Awful. UPDATE Now Bloombox reports my review as fake and it gets removed. I have to provide proof to get it reinstated.

Infested plant
We got a peperomia a few months ago from here. It's never been happy snd dropped all but 5 leaves, despite giving it good conditions, never could figure out what was wrong. Recently found out that it has a thrips infestation! So far it doesn't seem to have spread to any other plants as thankfully I kept it in a different location. Writing this review to warn people of the risks and this is my first run-in with plant infestations. I will never buy from this company again.

Great pet friendly options
I subscribed to the Pet Friendly monthly plant option as I never saw this option before, and so far all 3 plants have arrived safe, on time and with lovely baskets and pots. Love it !

Great service!
I ordered 2 plants for a special occasion but gave the wrong address so had to reach out to customer service. Solange responded almost immediately and explained that once the orders are placed they go straight to the warehouse but that she would do her best to get it corrected. After a couple hours I received confirmation that the address had been updated and my order was delivered successfully. Very very happy with the products and customer service. Thanks Bloombox! You have gained a customer!
