Good service
I have ordered a few times from Bloombox - plants & pots for our offices in London, Leeds and Birmingham. The plants arrived on time, well packaged and healthy. The customer service is responsive.
Would definitely recommend.
The only issue I had was with EVRI couriers, which wasn't Bloombox's fault.

Never had any issues - best customer service ever! When a plant didn’t arrive in a great condition (probably not their fault), they replaced it for me with zero hassle. They’re also flexible so I’ve been able to skip months of my subscription box when money has been tight, the extras are great and overall I’m a very happy repeat customer.
Good service, Healthy and well packed plants
I left a review and forgot to update it.
Had an issue with the time frames for delivery which surpassed their given time frame by a week.
They reached out after i left a review and provided compensation which wasn't needed as i just wanted the plants to be delivered asap but was nice of them to do.
One of the pots wasn't delivered and that was annoying but it was delivered later, along with another pot which was confirmed to be ordered by bloombox so i reckon it was the delivery company at fault and not bloombox.
Overall the service wasn't actually bad and they did try to turn it around.
The plants are really good and packaged well. I've ordered a couple times before and had no issues and will use them again. The plants I've ordered before are still healthy and well. And i think the price of the plants are reasonable. I'd recommend them to friends and family. And I'll be using them for the foreseeable future since i know that the plants will be healthy, going by experience of using bloombox. Good company

Extremely Poor Value And Offering
Received a gift 3 month delivery subscription. Redeeming the subscription showed the price which is a bit awkward but anyway was able to determine that the price was £115 working out at £38 a month.
First month received a tiny plant in the most basic pot.
Second month received a plant which is supposed to be in a pot with drainage hole but the pot didn’t have one.
Third month received a plant which with shrivelled leaves which looks as if it is not long for this world within days of arrival.
Raised initial concerns with customer support but although they responded never actually did anything to address complaint.
I didn’t pay for the product but feel bad for my friend that did.
Plenty of other options out there, spend your money elsewhere
Very mixed experience.
We were gifted a 6 month bloombox subscription as a wedding present and have had a mixed experience…
The first few plants we received had no care information with them (no good for someone who knows nothing about plant care) I emailed their customer service team to ask if they could email me care info however they offered to post the cards instead (I would say though that they were very quick to reply). This happened on 3 separate occasions and didn’t seem like a very eco friendly approach- not least cause the first care card came in a giant box that they usually send the plants in!
In addition to this most of the plants we have received are toxic for animals which is leaving us little room to put them out of reach from the cat.
I also now receive countless emails from them, I don’t need 4 emails from your CEO on the same day which will end up in my bin but I didn’t want to unsubscribe and potentially miss emails about my deliveries.
Ok so this feedback seems largely negative. What I would say is that the plants we have had, although toxic, have been very nice and some of the pots they have come in are very nice too.

Lovely plants with such a wide range!
My mum and I don’t like flowers for occasions so we both use the company to buy each other plants at least 2/3 times a year.
We both recently got the subscriptions for each other (great minds) and we both agreed we need to keep this subscription for as long as we both have space for more plants!!
Bloombox plants make me happy
I have always been really happy with the plants and pots from Bloombox. They might not be the cheapest houseplants available but the quality and health of the plants justify the extra cost. Another plus is the convenience of home delivery. I wish I had more surfaces at home to purchase more!

Their plants are in a great shape and can be a nice, stylish gift.
Great plants, even better customer service
I ordered some plants that were amazing, no complaints but I also signed up for the subscription box paying £39 I did not think it was great value and put a review on here saying that. To my surprise customer service contacted me and generously sorted it out. I cannot fault them and would definitely recommend.
