A friend sent me a gift from Bloombox Club... I didn't have a single plant at my place... I got a beautiful rubber tree which lead to buying 3 more pieces to accent it... these plants are my pets :) which says a lot for a guy who prefers being "pet-free"
Very happy new plant parent /)
I love my snake plant variety! So easy to care off. Im a beginner to plants so I love that they have a section catered to us new plant parents. The blog is also super helpful for plant tips
Highly recommend the plant subscriptions
I was new to plants when I first ordered from Bloombox Club. The subscription box has helped me learn about all different plants, and each box comes with clear care tips to help keep my plant healthy and happy! Love getting my plants each month.
Amazing Plants
Wow! I am super impressed with the quality and price point of their selection. I ordered 4 plants and they all arrived in excellent condition. The plants are healthy as well! ( I checked the roots) I will be ordering again soon.
I ordered the following; staghorn Fern, Hoya Rope, Peperoia Ginny, and a Maranta Lemon Lime. I think I will have success with these plants as there is a lot of information on how to care for them!

Go to a garden centre instead
My partner sent me a string of hearts plant from here for valentines day, but I really wish she hadn't. For about £30 delivered, I got a very small plant in a kokodama, with the whole thing measuring about 12cm high. It came in an 80cm long box - initially I thought I'd been sent an empty box, but eventually found that there was a small paper bag at the bottom. Needless to say, the ridiculously large box had been transported on its side, so that my first gift upon retrieving the paper bag from the bottom of the box was a pile of soil on my foot and the floor. After collecting as much of the soil back into the pot as possible, I thought that the poor little plant could do with a drink as the soil was totally dehydrated. As there were no watering instructions (there was a large booklet in the box containing care instructions for dozens of other plants, but not this one, or specifically for plants in kododamas), I hung the kokodama over a sink, and poured in some rain water. Big mistake! It turns out that there's no means for water to drain out. So I worked to pull the inside coco-fibre pot out from inside the kokodama, which was really quite difficult, and resulted in the hanging string coming away from the pot. After untangling the string and getting the kokodama back into it, and hanging up the kokodama to dry, I cleaned up the soil that was by now spread all around the kitchen sink. After wasting about an hour - time that could have been much more enjoyably spent going to the local garden centre to buy a similar plant for a fraction of the price - I now have a very small plant in a kokodama with a very frayed hanging string. As it's so hard to get the little cocofibre pot out of the kokodama to water the plant, I'll most likely repot the plant into a more suitable pot, where the roots of the plant will be in soil rather than exposed, so I may as well have started with a rooted cutting off Amazon for £2 instead.
In conclusion, do your partner/friend/family/self a favour, and go to a garden centre instead!

Order Regarding Terrarium diminishing quality
I recently ordered two terrarium for Christmas. The first terrarium I received was okay but for the other the plants were near dead and were in terrible condition . I was informed that this usually happens depending on when you order. The customer service were able to get a replacement for me. Upon setting up both terrarium they were good for the first month. But literally they began to die. I was confused as I had followed all instructions but basically the plants had shrivelled up not long after. Some completely disappearing. I would not recommend as the plants may end up losing their life just a month later even when following instruction that came with it.
UPDATE: Interestingly they reached out to me to get my details which I provided. But never even bothered to send an email. So I think they wanted to appear as helpful but just to keep up with appearances. Would not recommend ordering from here.

Firstly I had an issue with a special offer not being honoured then my order took an age to arrive and I wasn’t told it would come in two seperate deliveries. Finally the second part arrived today, an expensive fiddle leaf fig. The pot was smashed and the plant diseased with what looks like an insect infestation. I have been trying to call the customer service line all afternoon and after fifteen minutes get cut off and told to email. So disappointed. No response to emails either.
Edit after another day of chasing finally agreed a refund. Wouldn’t recommend

Great customer service!
I ordered three houseplants for my son's birthday. There was some initial confusion as I put my billing details and his delivery details in, which resulted in him getting confirmation of the order and me getting an email saying my basket had been saved; possibly my fault... Then there was a problem as Hermes only delivered one plant. The others came the next day. Both issues were dealt with almost immediately and we were very impressed with the customer service as well as the quality of the plants. I would definitely order from Bloombox Club again.

Very poor service
I ordered a number of items, including a pot for a pot plant they recommended that was too small. I ordered and paid for plant food, it still has not come, emailed numerous times, no response. Plants also arrived with broken pots. All in all a very frustrating experience

Amazing value
These plants are really healthy and well rooted. Very good value, not the fastest to dispatch but well worth it for such good plants
