Cancelled order - Credit card charged anyway

I had selected several items to purchase and entered a code for a discount. The code was accepted. I then placed the order and the discount code was removed, charging me full price. I immediately cancelled my order, but they charged my credit card the next day. Very unhappy.

Well I had ordered close to $200 worth…

Well I had ordered close to $200 worth of stuff, but did not get a confirmation, and it was taking long, so I emailed them, their response was they could not find it, intern they asked me to send them the receipt, thank god I had the receipt I sent it to them and got a response right away they intern said it will be sent out right away, sent them another email on how much longer, and when I check my package had arrived yesterday 3/19/25 and they also sent me an
email asking to me to check if I had gotten the packaged and I responded that I did and I thanked them even though it was a little bit of a process.

Was sceptical, but pleasantly surprised

After some of the reviews below I was hesitant to order, but here's my experience:
I live in the UK. I ordered 4 items (just under £100) on 23rd Feb, they arrived 28th Feb. I wanted to return 2/4 and so organised the return the same day (28th Feb). You have to print off the pre-paid label yourself, but it's at least pre-paid. This was posted off 1st March, and just got the email notification to say my return is being processed before they've even received it. Can't really ask for much more than that

I was skeptical at some of the prices

I was skeptical at some of the prices, but thought give it a try. I needed a new Winter coat, and budget was small. My normal go to place the shipping was to high. For around 70.00 Canadian I got a stunning coat, and quick shipping. My item went out the next day, and I had it in less than 2 weeks. I love the coat, and understand I am a hard fit, small from waist down and short. My coat fit a tad big, but that's on me, I should have gone with size chart.I was concerned about bust and arms, but no issue at all. Their dresses are cute too, and I will return for more.

I have been waiting for over a month…

I have been waiting for over a month for my order. I have emailed them twice and have gotten no response. When I go to tracking, it says that it was delivered to my post office a week ago. But I talked to my post office and they said it has never gone through any of the state offices.

No Refund, Two Months Waiting, Delivered to Wrong Address

I still have not received my items and they were delivered somewhere in Kansas after waiting for the delivery for two months. I'm in Seattle. When I emailed customer service, I was told it is unfortunate this has happened and they told me to wait longer. I reached out again showing it was delivered to the wrong address, if it was in fact, delivered at all. I asked for a refund. They declined. I asked for a phone number. They declined. Unfortunately, I've lost money because clearly, this is a scam, which is surprising, because I've ordered before and really loved the clothing. I'm so disappointed I won't be able to order from Bloomchic anymore.

Love BloomChic

I was so shocked to see all these bad reviews. I’ve spent a ton of money (don’t tell my husband!!) at BloomChic over the last two years, and have never had a problem ever. I love their clothes. For a large woman it’s hard to find cute, comfortable, and cost sensitive clothing. I really hope they’ve addressed these issues.

I received my first order from…

I received my first order from Bloomchic. The size ran very large and I can’t wear either dress. I have emailed them multiple times and this is my second post on here. They responded to my first post here. I replied and informed them I need a refund and directions on returning items and no further response.

HORRIBLE

WORD FOR WORD WHAT THIS CUSTOMER SAID
Horrible! Do not purchase from this company. It’s a scam. After I emailed them several times to get a return label, they finally sent me one, I returned all items in unworn condition, tags on and on originally packaging. They received the return on 7/25/22 and I haven’t gotten my money back. I’ve emailed several times AGAIN asking what is going on? No response. I wrote on here and they told me to send them an email! Which I have been doing. Please don’t buy from them. Unless you feel like throwing your money away. Still waiting refund and never respond. I do not care that they got so busy and have no stff to respond nit my problem 37 messges no action

Just awful if you need to make a return

I am terribly disappointed in the return lies they have told in their ads. While the quality of the items is lovely, I will never go through this return nightmare again. If you're on the fence about making a purchase, trust me, it's not worth it.

Horrific

Horrific. I would give 0 stars if possible. I have been waiting 5 weeks for a response from customer service to process a return (despite many, many attempts), and judging from the other reviews here, I think I have to just kiss my money goodbye. The clothes are poor quality, so I wanted to send nearly all of them back. There is no way to do a return through their webiste; you have to email customer service. But...THEY DON'T RESPOND. They are scammers who will take your money and then ghost you when you realize their product is crap. DO NOT BELIEVE anything they say about returns. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

**UPDATED REVIEW** It seems that the only thing that may get the attention of customer service is a bad review. After my initial 1-star review regarding returns, I did get an email and also a return label! They did request I send yet another email to let them know when I send the items back, which I certainly will do. I am enclosing a letter with my return to let them know their "simple and efficient return policy" is neither of those things. I suggested they get better customer service and provide a toll free number. Most businesses live & die off of bad reviews like I've seen here. I only regret I hadn't read them earlier. I will post another review once I get my full refund as I requested. Let me know if you want the address for returns as I haven't placed the items in the mail yet. Having it here may prove to be worthwhile to others experiencing the same problem.

Colour Running

Update....bloomchic have now refunded me in full after arguing it wasn't a "return" and was a fault . So I have added a couple of stars for their prompt replies and final. But I can't give anymore due to the product not being what I expected for the money.

I brought a dress which did take a while to arrive but I was prepared for this. I tried it on a loved it. The cleavage area was not as baggy as advertised so I did have to put an extra pin in it. However my problem lies after wearing and washing. I had saved wearing it for my holiday and washed it after returning....the colour has run mainly around the sleeves. When I contact bloomchic they offered me a measly 15% discount on another item because I was outside their returns window. My advice...avoid this company purely for their after sales. The dress was lovely on first sight and try on. But is not worth the price tag after washing.

scam BEWARe!!!

I wanted to return items because I bought a few to keep those who really suit me. After a lot mails they “offered” me a “solution” saying that I just have to pay 200usd instead of 300 usd and I could keep everything- BUT that would mean I pay 130USD for items I never want to keep - pretty expensive for stuff you don’t want!!! I said that I could live with paying the half of the total price so around 150USD if it really is such a big deal to return and again NO FCKNG ANSWER!!! I said if they don’t want to take my offer they should send me a return label - THEY DIDNT!!! Don’t get scammed - the clothes are poorly made and they lie and tell you about free return- I bet they never sent ANYBODY a return label EVER!!! So they just steal your money by ignoring you and sent you with poorly made clothes! I would give no star if I could. The only people who say something good about that scam company are the people who make their ads so basically those people those influencers are criminals too!! Shame on you all helping this company steal the money from your followers- burn in hell for it!

I’ve been trying to get refund…

I’ve been trying to get refund instructions from the company for two weeks now. When first requested via email to customer service, I was offered to keep the items (which don’t fit and are poorly made) for 1/2 my money back. I declined and requested return instructions for a full refund and haven’t heard back!
