Should have researched the company…
Should have researched the company first - flowers never arrived and impossible to get in contact with the company. $120 down the drain.
Very poor order fulfilment. Would not recommend
I ordered some flowers on 10th Feb for delivery on Valentines Day wish I had read the reviews of Bloomex before doing so.
Late afternoon on the 14th with no sign of the flowers arriving I called customer services. I was told that they would check with the warehouse and get back to me. Much later I had not heard anything so rang again. This time I was told that there were problems with the warehouse and the flowers would arrive the following day, 15th.
I expressed my extra disappointment but decided to await delivery of the order before taking matters further.
There was no sign of a delivery on Sunday do, again, I rang them only to be told that they do not deliver on Sundays and I ‘should’ get the flowers on either Monday or Tuesday. I said I expected a full refund of the order value given their complete failure to fulfil the order specified. I was told that they could offer a refund of the delivery fee but nothing more.
The flowers did finally arrive on the Monday so I contacted Bloonex by email to request a full refund but after several email exchanges they would not budge from the offer to refund the delivery fee.
I certainly would never use them again and would urge people to avoid them like the plague.
Buyer beware
Started off great but service and quality has deteriorated considerably over the past few years. Last order looked nothing like what was advertised. Spent $$ for what was meant to be a beautiful bunch flowers and arrived looking like a cheap bunch nothing like the images on their website. Their customer service didn’t seem to care stating they were out of stock what I ordered. The delivery prior never even turned up and I was only notified on the actual day which left no time to find alternative solution. Then trying to get a refund was painful as they kept pushing to send alternative options after the actual special occasion. Do yourself a favour and avoid the frustration.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam - don't waste your money. They take your money before checking if the florist has enough stock. Then they will try to reschedule your delivery for in a few days time. Worst customer service on the phone, the lady couldn't even get the address correct and then pretended she found it, so I rang back and checked and they had the address wrong but still took my money
Misleading Photos and Poor Quality – Customer Concerns Ignored
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Bloomex.
The bouquet delivered looked nothing like the advertised photo. The flowers were uneven in height, the colours were poorly matched, and one rose was already dead. The overall quality was very disappointing and not worth the price.
When I contacted customer service, they said they trusted their own team and kept insisting the flowers looked fine, completely ignoring my concerns.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bloomex.
Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace! Ordered a $140 bunch of so called blooming natives and best friend recently diagnosed with leukemia received a bunch of dead twigs in a thimble size mason jar looking nothing like the online photo. What a disgrace of a company, would give 0 out of 5 if possible. What a joke!!! See attached photos.
Valentines flowers delivered a week late
The Valentines flowers for my wife finally arrived (apparently), over a week after I ordered them, after my wife had left the location. You would think delivering flowers to a loved one on Valentines Day would be a basic thing for a florist to get right. I'm surprised they are still in business and I wish it wasn't possible to pay to be shown at the top of Google search results otherwise they probably wouldn't be.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Happy to accept payment, suspiciously at ease with not delivering you purchase while refusing to return your money.
Unbelievablely bad.
I ordered a bouquet of roses in a fancy vase to be delivered 2 days before Valentines day and paid to upgrade the original product 5 times to the Unforgettable range.
The company tried to deliver too late in the evening and my wifes workplace was closed. I wasn't happy but these tjings happen. They offered a full store credit or they would deliver again. Unfortunately this time it would be 4 days AFTER Valentines day. I was pretty unhappy about that but OK.
I made sure they knew that the company closed at 3pm and by this time my wife knew about the flowers so she was waiting for them.
By 2.40pm no delivery. I called the helpline and was told they were on the way. 4pm I called again, still on the way. 4.45 my wife called to say she had stayed back 2 hours to get the delivery but she had given up and left to go home. Outside she found the flowers dumped in the full WA sun. The courier had not even rung the bell or entered the building.
When she got home she was pretty quiet about them and when I saw them I knew why. The flowers were half dead. They were 12cm long!! No Unforgettable level upgrade. Just 12 12cm roses in clear cellphane with a rubber band, and they were spoiled.
The vase had been replaced with a dirty mason jar with the barcode still on it.
The accompanying card had an a4 invoice and delivery address stapled to it with my message at the top.
The balloon was half flat and its stick and mount were not even put together. They were just dumped in the box.
Then they chucked in a couple of sample packets of chips?? No idea why. Presumably so the tiny flowers and glass jar had some padding in the massive box.
I paid $240 dollars for this service. They missed the date. They missed the business hours the second time and they delivered the wrong items and the flowers were dying.
I contacted the helpline to be offered another store credit and again asked for a refund as per their 100 percent satisfaction guarantee.
I was told I had to email their investigation department because only they could offer refunds. I did.
They replied that they could offer to resend the flowers but could not offer a refund because they needed photos. I sent photos.
They replied thanking me for the photos, agreed I must be disappointed and offered me the redelivery again. I emailed back and said I don’t ever want to have to deal with your company again. Please give me a refund since I paid for something we all agree you did not provide.
In frustration I spent another 30 mins on the helpline being assured that this was the procedure. They always try to get you to accept a credit or redelivery first but rest assured, you will get a refund now.
They emailed me back and offered me a refund... of 35 percent of my purchase price!!
This is now a full week of dealing with these guys and they are offering me less than the credit they offered me day one.
I would let it go but I am so pissed off by their blatant process of accepting payment, totally failing to provide what you paid for, and their obvious system designed to ensure that noone you can speak to can issue a refund and noone who can issue a refund will ever speak to you.
The helpline has even told me that the system is set up to try and make it difficult to get your refund.
I even posted an earlier review about this and they replied in 30 minutes. They said they have no records of my order, despite being in contact with me all week. I replied that I would provide all of the order details but they had not given me a way to contact them, so could they plese reply with a way to reach them.
... silence.
You take money for an item. You offer a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. You fail to provide that item and you make it impossible for the other party to get their money back.
I have been unable to accept what is clearly a dodgy system designed to ensure that the money you pay is never refunded despite their continuing failure to deliver your goods. I am now forced to take this issue up with the consumer protection authorities.
Hamper with rotten fruit
Ordered a bereavement fruit hamper for my friend worth AUD87.00, fruit were all rotten and not at all of what was advertised. Then complained to them they sent another hamper not worth AUD20.00 and rotten again. Asked for refund, they say no refund allowed gave me store credit. When using store credit had to pay AUD19.00 additional for delivery. Asked for refund and threatened them. They send email on refund. Till today no refund from 5th Feb 2026. I have now made a complain to the consumer association. They have responded and got me to fill up a form and send photos of products. Please don't let them get away. Report to Consumer association in your state. This company needs to be shut down. They are trying it on because the receiving party would feel embarrassed to complain and seem ungrateful. Good thing my friend took photos and sent me.
I'd give them zero if possible
I'd give them zero if possible. I should have read the reviews, first! The flowers ordered for my Mum's 70th birthday we're not delivered but taken to the local post office. She found a note/slip to collect the 'parcel' within ten days. Maybe the flowers were fresh when packaged, but I doubt they'd be very nice after a week and a half! She had to make a special trip into town the next day to collect them. They were supposed to be a surprise.
Perhaps they need to rethink their delivery service (Fast Track), because the service used did not get the job done. More than that, they demonstrated a gross misunderstanding of the florist business. Despite having my number AND my Mum's number, no one messaged to say they were having issues with the delivery. I'm not sure what the issue was; they obviously made it to the property, so surely they could have left the flowers in a shady spot by the door?! It defies logic that FLOWERS were taken back to the post office!
Upon putting in a complaint to Bloomex I was told that .. the package is at the post office; please arrange collection. And I was given a $20 voucher. I would have preferred a refund on the flowers, which amounted to substantially more that $20! Never again!
Oh, the flowers 'arrived', and were certainly NOT worth the wait. Small, scraggly and uninspired. Certainly not worth $170.
Absolutely Disgusting Flowers…
Absolutely disgusted at the flowers my mum received for her 80th birthday today. I paid $135 for weeds. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I bought through Flowers for You Au and the flowers come from Bloomex. Seeing all the bad reviews now and know they have been investigated by the ACCC how are they still operating. Rip offs, scammers, disgusting people ripping off those whom can least afford it. My mum deserved better than what she got.
Useless company avoid
Tried to tell me they couldn't find a local florist in my area when there is a couple, would only give me store credit or a gift hamper instead, looking at the reviews this hamper is probably gonna be some chips from woolworths
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
If I could give lees than 1 star I would...
1. Failed to be able to provide what was ordered, I accepted the alternative offer.
2. Failed to deliver on the requested date (a Friday), no contact was received. I sent a web message with no response.
3. Failed to deliver the following day (Saturday), no contact was received. I sent a web message with no response.
4. I received an email (Sunday morning) claiming that road closure prevented delivery. There were no road closures that prevent access to the delivery address.
5. I replied to this email rejecting their offer of a resend on the next available delivery date, whenever that might have been. I also requested a full refund. There was no response.
6. I sent another email on the Monday morning asking for an update, again no response.
7. Tuesday morning comes and yet another offer to resend, this time telling me they want to send it this same day (the Tuesday of the email).
8. Rang them and had an argument regarding my demand for a refund. Come on who on earth would accept a delivery of flowers 4 days after the event.
9. Now I have to wait for someone else to call me back about my refund request. To say I am not happy is an understatement. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
Pretty pathetic
Pretty pathetic. Recieved flowers that looked nothing like what was advertised. Called and emailed their customer service and was told they ran out of stock so it was substituted with that they believe was close and equal in value
The description on their "Designer collection II" page says peach roses, pink snapdragons and pink astroemeria which we did not recieve any of. Instead, we got red, yellow and white chrysanthemums. Which they claim that their florist stuck to the receipe
Their policy states that if they ran out of stock they would notify you. I would have been more than happy to chose another arrangement but none of this was communicated to me
Very disappointed.
I would give 0 stars if I could.
I would give 0 stars if I could.
Please be warned, this company is a scam!!
Ordered flowers on Tuesday and still didn't receive them by Friday. Called the customer service line every day so far and keep getting brushed off. All I want is a refund, and all they offer is another order!
I do not want another order; I just want my money back!
When emailing the customer care line, you receive only AI-generated responses that do not address your concerns or the fact that you want your money back.
Disgraceful customer service and a dodgy company; will be reporting them to the ACCC.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!
Bloomex, do not use
Looked up “Flowers Beerwah” as a search for Valentine’s Day flowers and Bloomex came up as delivering to my address. Ordered flowers for my Wife and daughter to be delivered on the 14th as I was away working. Ordered them a week in advance (so as to not have any problems missing out on securing a delivery) . 3 days out (11th Feb) get a message that they had to make a change to my order as they had no red roses. 20 mins after that phone call get an email (not a phone call) to say they can’t deliver the flowers even though I had spoke to the Bloomex representative only 20mins earlier. Even though they advertised to say they Deliver to Beerwah, they can’t deliver to Beerwah 🤷🏻♂️ Told that they could deliver a Hamper to Beerwah to the value of the flowers but not flowers. I was not happy about that as I wanted flowers but eventually reluctantly agreed to this is they would be delivered on the 14th as if not delivered on the 14th it is not a Valentines Day present, it’s just a present. Was assured they would be delivered on the 14th. OK, I still want flowers so go back online and find another company that delivers to Beerwah and called Aussie Blooms. I google search who owns both companies and are both registered in different States of Australia (yes I did my research as didn’t want to be caught out twice) Speak to the guy and when asked says they are affiliated with Bloomex but that Bloomex only deal with the online account/money side of things and that they are the actual florist and I asked him to check that delivery was possible on the 14th as Bloomex already made a right Royal mess of my last order and was assured that definitely they could deliver them on the 14th as they are the actual florist making the deliveries, so I go ahead and spend nearly $300 on flowers. 4.30pm the same day (2 hours after ordering) I get another email (not phone call) from Bloomex stating that the flowers ( ordered through Aussie Blooms, apparently a different company) couldn’t be delivered. I rang Aussie Blooms to speak with the guy but conveniently the guy had gone home. I was told (after asking him multiple times to double check that the task could be completed prior to placing the order) that he should not have said that and they were “sorry”. Wanted to once again change to hampers. Told them no, I want a refund. Eventually after having to speak to a manger it was agreed to give me a refund on the second amount but it wouldn’t be an instant return as they had to wait for the other manager to approve it (money still not back in the account as I write this). Finally find a Company that was not associated with Bloomex (so many of them are as it turns out) that took my Order to deliver flowers. Jump to the next day. Get a call from my wife (on the 12th Feb) that a Bloomex box has been delivered by Australia post. So two days earlier than it’s meant to be, not by a courier by Australia post. Any other parcel you would be happy to have it arrive early but not this one and they were specifically instructed for it to be on the 14th. Jump to the 14th and my wife opens the box to find a maximum retail value of maybe $10 worth of dry biscuits and water crackers and a small box of chocolates (Arnotts milk coffee and scotch finger biscuits, fantastic and captains table brand water crackers). Said it came with cards, there was a bit of paper stuck crooked inside a plain card with Instructions left on the printed out piece of paper retaining to card numbers and who got what (eg 2nd, card, smaller bunch) this was after when making the order a week earlier I called and was told that exactly what I wanted written in “the cards” is what it would say on each card. I will never use this company again and would suggest if you actually care about who you are sending your flowers to then you won’t either. If I could give zero stars that’s what I would have given as this was an absolute joke. I was offered a 20% discount in my next order. Pretty sure they do that as they know you’ll never make another order though them so will never have to make good on the offer. Haven’t decided if I will take this further with consumer affairs in regards to what was received in the hamper vs how much it cost, let alone the complete lack of competence with the whole situation. If you want to throw money away and have your package delivered on the wrong day and get next to nothing for what you’ve paid for then this company is the one you want. If that doesn’t sound ideal then give them a big miss. NOT HAPPY JAN 😡😡😡 p.s. the other company (Easy Flowers) delivered flowers via an actual delivery driver on the 14th just in case you were wondering.
More fool me
More fool me. Second year in a row Bloomex has failed to deliver on Valentine's Day. Ordered and paid for 4 weeks in advance yet even that made no difference.
No correspondence from company on the day delivery was due.
No apology
No cash refund offered. Store credit only. As if I would want that.
DO NOT USE BLOOMEX.
Update 03/03/26 Finally recieved correspondence but as a reply to my review. They state that they have tried to make contact but have been unsuccessful. This is a lie. My phone always on. No missed calls.
If I could give a no star review I would.
Buyer beware you will be scammed if u purchase from Bloomex.
Ordered a basket of fruits and what was…
Ordered a basket of fruits and what was delivered didn’t match the picture with fewer fruits for a grand basket and not even a card was included except a small piece of paper wishing the person
What a disgrace !! You charge &142 dollars for it . Please do not order from these guys !!
Appalling on every level
Not delivered on date paid for. Bouquet not true to size, per images provided on website. Changes made to order without communicating with customer. Absolutely abysmal "card" printed on a receipt with an ugly discount code on the back. This is the most poorly managed company ive ever ordered from, and ive tried them multiple times, as has my husband! It never gets better. Im done.
This place is a scam
This place is a scam. They took my money and didn't delivery order.
