Your website states:

Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite of this promise.
My order was delivered more than a week late, well after the occasion it was intended for. When customers purchase flowers or gifts, they are doing so for a specific and often meaningful moment. Due to Bloomex’s failure to deliver within a reasonable timeframe, that moment has now passed and the purpose of the gift was completely lost.
A company that promotes reliability and trust for “your most important moments” should ensure its delivery commitments are met. In this instance, Bloomex failed to meet even the most basic expectations of service and timeliness. This level of service is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Bloomex to others, particularly for occasions where timing and reliability are essential.

I ordered flowers for my Mums birthday which was the 14/3, they called on the 14/3 and said they couldn’t deliver that day and it would be the 17/3, I said I would like to cancel as that is not my mums birthday, after a lot of back and forth they offered a store credit which I refused as I would never use this company again, very poor service and I could barely understand a word the operator was saying as they had a very heavy accent!!!!!!! Omg beyond disappointed as it cost me over $100 this is robbery and they should be shut down!!!!!

I ordered a bunch of flowers with a teddy bear and card, that I had emailed what I wanted put on the card, for my cousin in Ararat, Victoria on the 20/12/2025.
He recieved the flowers in a jar that looked taky and never recieved the teddy bear or the card.
I emailed them and complained and they told me they would rectify the problem, but never did. I then asked them for a refund for the teddy bear and card to which I was told they couldn't do , that I could only get store credit. This is of no use to me as i would never use this company again.

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day to be delivered to her office. I found a florist that I thought was local to Australia\New Zealand called AUSSIE BLOOMS and selected them based on the selection they offered and the fact that I was trying to stay away from BLOOMEX after a previous disappointment. What I DIDN'T know and wasn't evident until I received an e-mail from with a BLOOMEX domain, was that AUSSIE BLOOMS was an affiliate.
They delivered the flowers the day BEFORE Valentine's Day and it was the most pitiful and piss poor arrangement I could imagine. The flowers were sad, lackluster "bulbs" that could be found at any grocery store or roadside vender and the balloon was some inflatable on a plastic stick apparently from the same roadside poppy cart! I'm a middle aged man trying to express my appreciation for my wife and they offered a product that a toddler would be ashamed to offer his\her first crush! TRULY pathetic, deceiptful and in poor faith.
When contacting BLOOMEX\AUSSIE BLOOMS, I was offered a "gift voucher" for a future purchase that I quickly turned down. I've been bent over by this company TWICE already and wasn't willing to let 'em have a THIRD crack at me! NEVER BLOOMEX OR THEIR AFFILIATES...NEVER!!!

Disappointed in my experience with Bloomex
Very disappointed by my experience with this company. I ordered a premium fruit basket for $89, as well as an additional box of chocolates. The order was placed before the cut-off date for same day delivery, however was not delivered until the next day. This was not a huge issue in my instance but something to note for anyone who rightly expects the company to deliver on their same-day delivery claims. The real disappointment was the fruit basket itself. I wasn't expecting $89 worth of fruit, as I am well aware that you are paying a premium for the convenience of having a basket curated and sent to your door. However what I received was probably around $25 worth of quite sad-looking fruit (almost entirely kiwis, pears and apples), which is absolutely not worth the cost and was actually quite disappointing. One of the pears also looked like it had been in a knife-fight. The packaging was unattractive, and the chocolates I received were completely different to what was shown on the website. I will absolutely not be purchasing from this company again and wish I had read some of the reviews before I did. And this is probably just me being dumb, but please also be aware that the checkout process asks for your card details before asking for a shipping address. I had assumed that you wouldn't be charged until you provide the shipping address, but that is not the case. My card was charged before I was prompted to enter the shipping address. In fact, when I got to the shipping address section I changed my mind about completing the order but it was too late at that point. A mistake I will not be making again.

Bloomex I’m really disappointed my partner ordered a Valentine’s Day gift chocolate box and roses. They were both meant to come on the same day. I got a crackers basket with black and gold biscuits, he complained and they said I’ll give u a $20 voucher nothing received iv emailed no reply. I’m really disappointed with the service provider and we won’t be ordering from this company again. Change your service for more customers.

I am absolutely gutted after my experience with Bloomex Australia. I really wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order — now I completely understand why so many people are complaining.
I ordered a bouquet worth AUD $146.95, expecting what was clearly advertised on their website as available. After placing the order, I was suddenly told that some of the flowers were out of stock. If that’s the case, why was it listed as available on the website in the first place?
They then told me they would substitute my order for a “Mixed Designer 10” bouquet, claiming it would be of equal value, quality, and standard. Honestly, that already made me uncomfortable because I specifically chose the bouquet I wanted.
To make matters worse, the order was supposed to be same-day delivery, but they scheduled it two days later instead. Completely unacceptable when you’re ordering flowers for a special occasion.
I called customer service to express my disappointment, and they said they would send the details of my complaint. They never did. I have heard absolutely nothing since then. That is just terrible customer service.
Now I’m honestly sick to my stomach and embarrassed because the flowers are going to a good friend, and I have no idea what she will actually receive.
This whole experience has been stressful, disappointing, and extremely unprofessional. I would never order from FromYouFlowers, operated by Bloomex Australia, again and would strongly advise others to read the reviews first before risking it.

Probably a con. The tiny posy of flowers and packet of crackers turned up two days late and had cost around AU$80. I think the company is skimming a huge amount as the bunch wasn’t worth more than $25. It was also nothing close to the order ostensibly Australian flowers (which they said they didn’t have!!) for a single rose a couple of other things in a small posy).

Following a horrific accident, my family chose Bloomex believing they were sending a beautiful bouquet to lift my spirits. They paid what can only be described as an extortionate price, based on the images and descriptions advertised on the company’s website.
What arrived bore no resemblance whatsoever to what was purchased. Instead of a full, professionally arranged bouquet, I received a very short, sparse bunch of flowers that looked nothing like the product advertised. It was deeply disappointing — especially given the circumstances in which it was sent.
Since then, I have sent six emails to the company. Each time, I have been told they have “not received” them. I then emailed from my husband’s email address and was told the same thing. I have telephoned every day for seven consecutive days, speaking to different call centre staff who repeatedly promise that a manager will call me back the same day. No one ever has.
This is not simply poor customer service — it demonstrates a consistent failure to resolve a legitimate complaint. When families are paying significant sums of money, particularly during times of distress, they deserve honesty, transparency and basic professionalism.
Regulators should take a serious look at this company’s practices. Consumers should not be misled, ignored or left out of pocket.

BLOOMEX - EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE
I wish i read their reviews. I ordered flowers for next day delivery and paid $110 The flowers were not delivered as promised. After five days of hearing nothing, I contacted the company myself and least another week due to a 'busy period'. I was not informed of this delay beforehand.
I requested a cancellation and nearly 2 weeks later, many emails to the office, no refund process. I rang and then was told i would inky receive 35% refund. When i questioned that, they hung up on me. The flowers eventually came, thankfully to me not the recipient, as it was a bunch of approx 6dead and wilted flowers.
This experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish: delayed delivery, poor quality product, broken refund promises, lack of and rude communication. I would NOT recommend.

Such a scam. Bought the largest bouquet almost 95 AUD and a large box of chocolate + some chocolate truffles from fromyoufloqers (AU) Total order 144 AUD. It was a birthday surprise for my sister as we cant be together for her big day. I live in Denmark and she lives in Australia.
My sister received a tiny bouquet of flowers and some chocolate and crackers. Nothing like what I had ordered.
Dont use this scam website. You will be disappointed and you will pay too much.
