Ordered from Bloomex Australia on 31/03/2026, spending $93.45 for a sympathy arrangement with the expectation of next-day delivery, as advertised.
Shortly after placing the order, I received an email stating they were unable to meet that delivery timeframe and offering alternative options, none of which were suitable—particularly given the time-sensitive nature of a sympathy delivery.
I requested a refund as the service could not be fulfilled as promised, but this was refused. I then asked for a store credit so I could redirect the order to a different address, and was told this would take 24 hours to process, which is unacceptable in these circumstances.
This was meant to be a gesture of sympathy during a difficult time, and the failure to deliver as promised, combined with the lack of a timely resolution, made the experience particularly disappointing. I would not recommend based on this experience.
Never use this company
Was not delivered on the date it was ordered for a birthday. Hugely disappointing and the company only offered a refund on delivery with a $20 store credit. I clearly said that is hopeless to me when I will never use you again. They did not care. It honestly sounded like the telephone employees are working in a lounge room as of the background noise.

Not only could they not supply flowers when order 4 days in advance, I was only informed 24hrs before the persons birthday. I compromised and send chocolates instead (at their suggestion) only to be informed 1hr later they could not supply simple chocolates!! Appalling, I await my immediate REFUND!!

Made the mistake of choosing this company to send flowers to my elderly mother for her birthday. The bouquet I chose was substituted for something vague without my direct consent, delivered 4 days later than requested - and 2 days later than promised. My mother was very disappointed with the state of the flowers, which had obviously been in transit 5 days! What a waste of my hard earned money.

They delivered the completely wrong flowers and even got the card message wrong. When I contacted them to raise the issue, I was brushed off with a simple “sorry” and offered a $25 store credit — no refund and no attempt to resend the correct order.
This is completely unacceptable. You pay for a specific product and message, especially for something important, and they couldn’t even get the basics right.
After seeing all the other 1-star reviews, I honestly don’t know how they’re still operating. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order. The website claims same day delivery which is an absolute joke. My first order was placed in Thursday and didn’t arrive until the next Tuesday in unusable condition. The company offered for a replacement and the exact same issue occurred twice but no tracking details were provided.

I would recomend never to use this company they are not local even though they advertised local. Very misleading company. Only just found out they have left multiple customers in same predicament with damaged or unfresh flowers and still deliver them. What sort of supposebly company does that to a customer. I guess a company that has won a Shonky award in 2022 and still havent lifted there game. Good luck at me getting a refund due to there refund policies. The so- called "customer service" people did not care and even laughed at me on the phone and after 3 weeks of chasing this company a terrible bunch of old smelly flowers were delivered that look nothing like the picture on the website.

I ordered flowers for my mum for English mothers day. I admit the address was wrong but was rectified straight away. The flowers however never appeared. You don't get any response from the chat function and emails regarding the issue are left unanswered. I would not use this company again.

I would give then a big fat 0 stars. I had purchased a fruit hamper and a flower and card on the 12/03/2026. I have rung everyday them saying still in transit. I had cancelled this order asking for a refund. I cannot believe they were still delivered today 20/3/2026. My poor mum was in disgust when she saw the box. I have photos of the dead flower and the off fruit with bugs and flies. Absolutely disgusting. I will be taking this further

I ordered flowers to celebrate my sisters engagement, and the experience was extremely disappointing — both in the quality of the product and how the issue has been handled.
The delivery was delayed, and I was only informed after purchase that the address was outside their delivery zone. When the flowers finally arrived, they were in appalling condition and completely unsuitable for the occasion they were intended for.
I raised this promptly with customer service and provided photos. While the issue was acknowledged, the only resolutions offered were a replacement or store credit. I declined both options, as the flowers were for a time sensitive event that had already passed, and I no longer have confidence in the service.
I formally requested a refund on the basis that the product was not of acceptable quality and did not meet reasonable expectations. Under Australian Consumer Law, this constitutes a major failure, for which a refund is the appropriate remedy — not a replacement or credit.
Despite clearly outlining this, a refund has still not been provided.
I am now in the process of escalating this matter through NSW Fair Trading, as the response provided does not align with consumer guarantees.
This experience has been disappointing not only because of the poor quality product, but due to the refusal to provide an appropriate resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law. I would strongly encourage others to be aware of their rights when dealing with this business.

I wish I read these reviews before I purchased. Flowers were nothing like the picture. I could’ve picked nicer ones from my garden. Paid a fortune. Late in the day they said they were going to be late (next day), but then they delivered! The flowers were dead within two days. Absolutely disgraceful! Should not be in business.

Ordered Sympathy bunch of flowers due to a friends father passing. Went with this company as it said next day delivery. Received an email from the company apologising and advising the recipient is in an overnight delivery suburb. They would deliver on Tuesday. Wednesday the recipient get a text saying that they cannot deliver until the week after but they can collect from their depot. How embarrassing for the recipient to have to collect flowers while mourning. Recipient collects flowers and they are wilted and chocolates are melted. Everything said about them is true! In my one and only regrettable experience of Bloomex I’ve encountered all of the issues reported and I just wish I’d read the reviews before using these unethical rip off merchants.
First there was the inferior substitutes due to ‘stock shortages’, then there was the delayed delivery which missed my daughter’s birthday by 3 days. Then when the bouquet arrived it was dead!
I’ve contacted Bloomex so called customer care at every point of these issues and and they’ve failed to provide an adequate response every time. The final straw for me was when they emailed me to say that the photos I provided of the dead and mouldy bouquet sent to my daughter, ‘meet their company standards’ and instead of the full refund I expected they offered a store credit. This is after me telling them I will never use their business again.
My daughter turned 26 and she lives thousands of miles away from me. This bouquet was important. It was important that it arrived on time and it was important that it arrived as described on the Bloomex website. Bloomex have failed at every step apart from the part where they took nearly £50 from me. Bloomex do not care about their customers or their recipients. Bloomex should not be allowed to trade as their standards do not meet basic trading standards.
I am about to contact my bank and report them as the fraudulent scammers they are. Please, please, do not put yourself or your loved ones through the pain of having to deal with these utter charlatans. Bloomex are shameful and disgraceful. DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE PENNY OF YOUR HARD HONEST EARNED CASH!!!

Terrible service. Lied to. They promised me that the flowers would be delivered and that it’s from a local flower shop. Lies!! Impossible to get a hold of anyone willing to help. Got told I’d receive a $50 voucher for missed delivery (been late for 4 days now) and when I called asking where’s the voucher there was no record of it being said on the phone. Horrible company. Hope they go bust.
