Great value for money!

I ordered a bunch of roses for my Mum's birthday 10 days ago. They arrived on time, beautifully displayed and have lasted very well. I would recommend to anybody looking for great value for money, great products and a friendly service.

Bloomin Good

I order some flowers for my mum for her birthday and they arrived on time and were a great bunch of flowers that lastest much longer than those you'd buy in a supermarket. Great value for money!

Bloomin Idiots

"Bloomin Rubbish"

I ordered flowers and a happy birthday balloon from bloomindelightful.co.uk last Thursday evening(24-1-13) about 6.30pm . i asked for delivery of the flowers on the Saturday (26-1-13) everything went through and i got the usual thank you email and invoice. come Saturday no flowers or balloon turn up at my mums for her birthday. I emailed them asking why the delivery had not been made and expressed my unhappiness in there company for not getting my 73 year old mums flowers to her on her birthday. today i received an email saying sorry but its my fault there not there orders placed after 5pm can not go on the next day delivery . well i did not ask for next day i asked for the Saturday not the Friday ( they are that useless they dont even no the days of the week) and then said they might not even be going out till mondays delivery so might have them Tuesday . five days to deliver flowers and that's not including the Thursday night i could of walked from Swansea to Sheffield in that time and delivered them by hand. i will give you a tip DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS AND REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS AND THEN THEY MIGHT GO AWAY

BLOOMINGDELIGHTFUL MORE LIKE BLOODY AWFUL!!!!!!!

Minus 5 stars from me! I received a very badly damaged box, which was wet through at about 9:15 at night.
Flowers inside where squashed, some had dead leaves on them and some heads were already drooping. This was supposed to be a mixed bouquet of roses, sent to me by a relative following an operation. I was in better condition than the flowers were!!

Tried to ring Bloomingdelightful the very next morning and was on hold for 20 minutes before I put the phone down. During that time a recorded voice came on saying "Thank you for holding your call is important to us". I tried on three more occasions and still the phone wasn't answered. I then resorted to E-mail as instructed should one wish to complain. Didn't get a reply! Waited a few days and sent another this time with pictures of the damaged box and the sad wilting flowers. GUESS WHAT! No reply.

Given the terrible reviews the company has you would think they would try and make amends.
MY ADVICE IS STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have used other online sites myself and never had to complain yet.
BLOOMINGDELIGHTFUL IS A BLOODY JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't waste your time and money here!

I only wish I had read the reviews before thinking I would save some money by choosing 'Bloomin' Delightful' instead of paying for a more reliable company like Interflora.

I ordered the 'Scented Freesias Bouquet' for £16.99 to arrive for my boyfriend's mum's birthday on Saturday 19 January yet they arrived a day early, ruining the surprise. I was then sent an image of the flowers and they did not look nearly as good as advertised. There was fewer stems, foliage and the majority of the buds were open. They weren't even presented as well, arriving in just clear cellophane.

I emailed my complaint, which struck up a dialogue with Martina, the Customer Service Manager. She explained that they post the flowers 2 days in advance of the requested delivery date with Royal Mail therefore saying it was Royal Mail's fault they were early. Apparently it says this on their website, but if it does it is certainly not brought to your attention when you buy. I told her it should be more prominent as if I had seen this, I would have gone somewhere who does same-day delivery. Surely flowers posted 2 days in advance will not be the freshest - especially not when most of the buds are open. They didn't seem to care. I also complained about receiving less stems so she asked for a picture.

I sent them a picture to then be told, "I do apologise but we cannot issue a refund once the items have been dispatched from us", which begs the question why ask to see a picture in the first place? This is also a ridiculous statement in itself for an online service selling fresh goods. They are admitting here that they have no refund policy at all, if you are not happy with the service you can like it or lump it!!!

Oh also, there may be no postage cost but they do charge you a 75p card transaction fee, even for debit cards.

An overall terrible service. Emails 'apologising' were sent, however there was no effort to do anything beyond this. They have no refund policy and not even a consolation prize. It appears they write everything into their terms and conditions to cover themselves but come on, who really reads the terms and conditions of a florist?

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY...TERRIBLE SERVICE

The flowers arrived 2 days late, I wouldn't mind but I clarified the delivery address twice, I had confirmation from blooming delightful that the flowers would be delivered 'next day'.

They delivered the flowers on a Friday (2 days late), I did not get any phone call from this company or their delivery company yodel. The recipient of the flowers was not even at the delivery address until the following Monday, the flowers were almost 5 days old before they were received by my friend the following Monday.

On top of this I order their extra big bunch (33% extra) which of course I paid more money for. When I saw the flowers they were horrendous, cheap and were not even put together nicely.

Customer service has been terrible, they initially blamed me for providing a wrong address. I had all the email correspondence from when I ordered the flowers which proved their accusation was completely incorrect. They then said they would check to see what happened with their delivery company. I have emailed them several times, again and again a different customer representive will eventually reply and every time they have been VERY UNHELPFUL verging on being rude.

I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY, ALTHOUGH IT MAY SEEM LIKE VALUE FOR MONEY, YOU WILL SEE FROM CUSTOMER REVIEWS THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE YOU ARE PAYING FOR.

Bloomin AWFUL, Bloomin UNHELPFUL

Bought the 30% bigger bunch - naturally assumed it would be bigger than the photo on the website. WRONG - turned out to be much SMALLER than the photo on the website. They told me the standard bunch has 7 stems but the photo on the website looks to have 17 or more stems - clear deliberately misleading customers. I complained but got stone-walled by their customer services manager - no interest in rectifying the problem or refunding. STAY AWAY.

STAY AWAY. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I've ordered 2 lots of flowers from here. First lot were lovely and arrived on time.
Second lot arrived on time however they died really quickly. The petals on the roses were brown (probably where they had been frozen or stored). These were sent to my Mum, and even SHE phoned the company to complain (without me knowing). Don't bother calling the company as you will be on hold for the whole morning listening to a recorded message telling you that your call is important to them! After 20 minutes of that I lost the will to live and sod the dead brown flowers!

Excellent - Happy Customer

I ordered flowers on a Sunday for delivery the following Wednesday. I ordered before I read the reviews and once I'd read them was worried my flowers wouldn't turn up or they'd be of poor quality etc. I was pleasantly surpirsed, they turned up on the right day, were wonderfully presented and my friend loved them.

Sent by them to wrong address, then refused a refund !!

The flowers were sent to wrong address as they had put the wrong house number on the parcel.
Bloomin delightful refused a refund even though IT WAS THEM who had sent them there!!!
I have since found there is a facebook group entitled 'close down blooming delightful' . I wish I had seen it before i wasted my time and money.
After complaining about non delivery, I was told to check the 'yodel' website to see if it had been delivered even though they knew it was being sent to the wrong address!!!!!
They are cheap for a reason.....

Bloomin Delightful: Blooming Awful - Don't use this company!!!

I can't tell you how unhappy I am with the service that I have received from this company - and I really wish I had read the reviews below first! I ordered some flowers for my best friend's birthday and they never turned up. I tracked the order and was told that they were 98% likely to arrive the next day but if not they would definitely be delivered on the 3rd day but they never came. Apparently they are delivered by Royal Mail - They were being delivered to an office with a reception that is manned from 8am-7pm and no red card has been left.

I phoned and left a message and no one got back to me so I emailed customer services. Communication from the manager has been extremely poor - with her only half responding to my questions, until finally I received the following:

If you require the refund, we need to wait 3-4 weeks for the items to be returned back to our company. Then we will find out what was the reason why your flowers were not delivered. If we are responsible for non delivery, we will be able to offer you a refund. However if we are not responsible for non delivery ( the reason will be for example, incomplete or incorrect delivery details, or the recipient didn’t call for the items, etc…..), we will be unable to offer you any compensation.

3-4 weeks!!!! Unbelievable - I definitely will never use these people again!!!

Please DO NOT waste your time/money on these clowns

Right... I ordered some flowers for my wifes birthday five days in advance. I specified the delivery date, it came and went. I emailed the company and was told that there's a 98% chance that it'll be delivered the following day (nice random statistic, thanks). It came a day late (by Royal Mail).

My wife opened the box and it was a real disappointment to see her face. The flowers were all dead and although I ordered 10 roses, there were about 7. The plastic wrapping was also nothing like it was in the web photo. It looked like something you'd find in a cemetery bin.

I emailed them to ask for a refund and was offered "a lovely seasonal bouquet" by a person called Natasha Heera. I told her I didn't want any further business with them, only my money back. I was then told that I'd have to return the flowers in their original packaging....like it's a plasma TV! I told her that the flowers had to be disposed of as they were a health hazard with flies etc. She was curt and dismissive. I called the company, no answer, then was on hold for nearly 15 minutes so I gave up. I iemailed her again to tell her to call me, I got an email saying "as a gesture of my good nature I will refund your money".

The money was eventually refunded but the occasion was missed. I know what I'd have preferred...

Please take heed and avoid this company like the plague. It's an absolute joke. I also ordered a balloon and it was tiny. The pictures are extremely misleading. You do not get what you see online.

I'm using Interflora next time. I suggest you do the same. Thanks for reading and I hope I've saved you the toil and stress of what should be a simple and celabratory situation.

Wont use them again and advise any of you guys to avoid them at all costs, wish I had read reviews before using.
First - arrived day early so had to get post office to redeliver next day - spoilt mums birthday surprise.
Second - poor quality and poor quantity of flowers. I could have got same for £5 from supermarket. Quantity that is.
Have emailed them pics etc see if they step up to the plate and give refund.
Have relunctantly given 1 star as unable to give zero!!

Bloomindreadful

Received delivery of Mother's Day flowers on 16th. Contacted firm at once to complain about unsatisfactory quality. Many were limp & tired, the worst were blackened & dead looking. Got immediate e-mail response asking for photographs which were sent off within 30 minutes. Since then I have had no response & all attempts to send emails have been unsuccessful (delivery failure notification suggests that computers have been turned off) & it is impossible to contact by telephone. I understand the company has still not delivered other flowers sent 4 or 5 days ago by my daughter-in-law to her mother. Bloomindelightful!! Bloomingdreadful.
