Terrible communication.

I ordered a cable for my car and the one that arrived was not the one in the pictures. I have sent a general enquiry via email and had no response. I am currently still waiting for a reply.

Very slow delivery.

I phoned them, and they were very helpful. Got the right cable and it charges my car.

I ordered a type-2 to type-2 charging cable in February. It stopped working after 6 months. I contacted Cables for Charging who asked me to send the cable back to them so they could inspect it. I paid for postage to send it back and despite following up on more than one occasion, 3 months later and I have yet to be offered a repair or replacement. Disappointed with the lack of communication.

Very quick delivery, well packaged in bag and then box. Great product and the best price I could find online.

Two weeks and still waiting... nothing apart from automated receipt to email address at checkout which did not contain tracking number. No dispatch note, and no reply to email enquiry... another chaser sent today.

Surprised such poor service after good reviews here :(

32-amp charging cable for cars
I have used this charging cable now for 9 months and to date I have had no issues. The cable is heavy duty with solid connectors at either end and I have every expectation that the product will give many years of service; definitely recommended.

Well, I must still receive my ordered goods ... Due a incomplete adress, it's sent back to the manufacturer . I sent a message to the manufacturer but receive no answer ? Well i hope that the cable will come with the correct adress .... Post ofiice is also guilty for it;
Just look a little bit further , then you find de right village.... , therefore is the postal number correct !

Being a recent purchaser of an electric car, I naturally had a few questions about my new beast. I emailed "Cables For Charging" and got some sound advice about charging and a recommendation regarding protecting my Type 2 charging cable. I purchased their charging cable bag to protect my existing cable and it arrived as promised and looks to be of excellent quality that will protect my cable much better than the one that came with my car. (I bought the car used so it may not be an OEM cable bag.) I appreciated their quality advice and would defiantly purchase from them again.

They accepted the order. After one month! of not receiving the cable, they just returned the money, my car still cannot charge...

Frankly it is better than the one that came with the car. Solid, well built, good handles, plus has a hangar and cover caps for the ends.
All of this and the best price I found on the market.

Good price, fast delivery. Only gripe is that there is no latch on the plug that can be locked with a padlock. With cable theft a growing problem this was disappointing
