Everything as described, perfect

Over the moon with product. Price and quality first class. There was a delay on delivery due to lack of stock. I was worried incase the parcel was lost in transit. So emailed the company. But respnce was almost instant. But really better communication would have put the customers at ease.

Delivery was good. Very happy with the cable.

There was no initial acknowledgement of order and so I contacted the company after 1 week. They apologised for the delay and the cable subsequently arrived.
Delivery was within 2 weeks of order and customer service for speed of response was excellent.

Well made and sturdy, very quick delivery.

Excellent price and excellent customer care!

Exceptionally poor customer service. Took an unacceptable amount of my time to resolve this companies appalling customer service issues. Ordered cable still not delivered after three weeks. Very poor attitude from ALASTAIR DODWELL of Taybridge Consulting who also appears to also run this company. Who needs to risk this type of experience when there are plenty more companies operating in this space with superb service.

I was charged for the cable as soon as I placed the order. I received no confirmation email from Taybridge. When after a few days neither order acknowledgement nor the ordered cable had arrived I had to spend time chasing up Taybridge only then was I told that the cable was out of stock but would be supplied within a week with a free storage bag as an apology for the delay. In the end after three weeks the ordered cable was never delivered despite a number of chases from me and broken promises from Taybridge. A cable different from the one supplied did arrive after over two and a half weeks.

Taybridge tried to persuade me to keep the wrong cable in return for a £20 discount!???? Additionally along with the wrong cable, I was supplied the details of another customer. I can only assume that one or more other customers have had access to my details. How does this position the group of companies for GDPR compliance?

After returning the wrong cable to Taybridge, no refund was forthcoming. I rasied a case in Paypall, still no refund!!!! In total fustration i phoned ALASTAIR DODWELL he told me that he had sent the refund but PayPal takes three days to process all payments. After telling ALASTAIR DODWELL that I did not believe him the refund arrived while i was on the phone to ALASTAIR DODWELL.

I ordered a cable 8 days ago but have not received it. I checked the order receipt and there is no expected delivery date on it. I went back to the website, and similarly could find no expected delivery timescale.

So I am being asked to review something I have not yet received - it might be really good, but can't tell you yet :)
