Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 160 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with unexpected charges and subscription fees. Customers often reported being charged significantly more than an initial low fee, with these charges appearing as recurring subscriptions that they did not recall explicitly agreeing to or understanding the full terms of. Reviewers also found the pricing unclear and the website difficult to navigate, especially when trying to cancel subscriptions or obtain refunds. Many struggled to get their money back, despite contacting the company or disputing charges through payment platforms.

This is a scam - DON'T BUY!

This is a scam. Do not click on any links to make any purchases. It is presented as a test for autism (which in hindsight I realise is preposterous). They lure you in with an promotion to do the test at the cost of $1.99, to get a report. Once you complete the test there are options to get the full 'Autism Plan' for $39.99, which I DID NOT click on, but a week later they took $39.99 from my payment option. Both the report and the so-called 'autism plan' are a load on nonsense, its all just AI generated material, and the 'plan' is a series of emails over 5 weeks with 'exercises' meant to help a person with Autism - utter horse manure! You don't get an account to log into to request a refund or delete your information, and there was NO REPLY TO MY MULTIPLE EMAILS requesting a refund. I even tried getting a refund through Paypal but that didn't work because there's no option to claim for a scam product.

Scam. Not helpful at all and can't cancel or login. Had to block it and get a new bank card to fix this.

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM! First of all, even though I entered my email address, they never sent me anything. I agreed to pay only for the 1.99 quiz but then they charged me 39.99 for a monthly subscription that I don't remember agreeing. There is no way of accessing the website. It is only a quiz.

Absolutely worst experience I've ever…

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had. They charged me 40 dollars additional (reoccuring) after I only purchased the 2 dollar results from the company. I have been on an endless loop with "Olivia" who refuses to help or send me to a manager.

‼️ SCAM PAGE. HERE'S HOW TO REFUND

‼️ SCAM PAGE! BEWARE! SCAM AND FRAUDULENT SERVICES! 0 STARS IF I CAN!!

Please copy paste this if this happened to you to save someone else from this SCAM!

1. PLEASE Beware, if you haven't bought or have bought anything from this page, THEY WILL SETUP AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS (Without your consent) AND YOU WILL BE BILLED 39.99 randomly AFTER purchasing their report 1.99 one time. 😡😡‼️

2. YOU WILL GET NOTHING BUT AI CONTENT, any button you press is to authorize more payments to them. WEBSITE IS MISSING. THEY DON'T HAVE SUPPORT.

----
A REVIEW MADE BY other user here saved my LIFE. There is no WAY TO CANCEL AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS from their emails and it's impossible to cancel it unless you found this.

If you used Paypal, CLICK "REPORT AN ISSUE" then scroll down "CANCEL AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS" DO THIS FOR ALL your unauthorized charges. If you used bank, call your bank immediately to get it blocked.

✅ THIS IS HOW TO REFUND YOUR PAYMENT USING PAYPAL:

1. Once you're done cancelling the automatic payments, TAP "REPORT AN ISSUE" again, and report "I want a refund for item" & choose the reason "refund for incompatible/incomplete item"

PROVIDE SCREENSHOTS that this is a scam from trustpilot.

Also write a long description that this is a scam & fraudulent page and THEY CHARGED YOUR CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION. That they stole your payment details once you bought their 1.99 report once

Highlight these comments when writing for the reason.

2. UPLOAD screenshots of 1-star reviews on TrustPilot,

3. IT WILL ASK YOU "Have you contacted the seller? SUBMIT "YES" and the date you did. Sooner the better. I just selected the same day I got charged for.

4. Select "Yes, I have contacted the seller", and for 'what did the seller respond' just put in no actual help/did not resolve the issue.

5. Select your refund wallet as PayPal so it is instant and just transfer the fund back to your bank/card.

If you have been charged more than once, file a dispute by doing the same steps above.

PLEASE, DO NOT TRUST THIS PAGE. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM.

Scam scam

Scam scam! I clicked on a 1.99 charge, got added two 5.99 charges extra. Glad I did this end of night otherwise I would have kept going and who knows how many charges I’d get. If you did this through PayPal, you’ll be automatically on automatic payments, to cancel (bc their support is a bot) click on one of the charges and then request refund. It’ll give you an email for UAB, don’t click it, pick contact PayPal, there’s a hyperlink at the bottom, choose Manage automatic payments and it should show green and Active, make sure it sets to Cancel and red. A confirmation email will arrive. You may not get full refund, but at least you will avoid future charges, I explain all this because there is no way to sign in on a page to get refund, their support doesn’t help you and it took me forever to find a way how.

Absolutely do not recommend this

Absolutely do not recommend this. The only that you can access on their site is the initial quiz. They lure you in with $2 fee and then somehow you're subscribed to $40/plan that you can't access. The kinks they send in their so called followup emails simply do not load.
I've had hell trying to cancel this thing.

SCAMMERS

This is a complete scam. They lure you in with a quiz that’s like $2 and a rudimentary breakdown of your answers. The fine print then signs you up for a monthly subscription that is $40 per month. They will refuse to refund you, make it impossible to cancel and not offer much services for the very expensive subscription. Avoid at all costs. This is not how an ethical mental health company should be run.

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The practices are predatory. The website is difficult to navigate. I had subscribed for an account at some point during reading the report. It was very unclear until I started receiving charges. There is nowhere to file a complaint on their website. Thank God I used PayPal so they could direct me through the process. I'm currently emailing with someone to try to get my money back but they are very difficult to work with and keep referring back to the terms and conditions that I had checked unknowingly at some point in trying to access their report.

This is definitely a scam

This is definitely a scam. Hopefully you will read this before you sign up with them. Once they have your credit card number they will make more charges for items you didn't approve. I'm glad I used PayPal so I could block them, MasterCard would not block them. I see they have put fake AI 5 star reviews on here.

Evidence of Fraudulent Pattern

Evidence of Fraudulent Pattern
1. The "Test" Transaction: On August 20, a small transaction of USD $1.99 was charged by payment processor ("UAB DREAMFIN") for a legitimate service (an autism assessment questionnaire via bloominto.co). This small charge appears to have been a pre-authorization test to confirm my card details were active and valid.

2. The Fraudulent Follow-up: On August 28, the larger charge of USD $39.99 appeared from the same processor "UAB DREAMFIN", this time billed for "eatsdiets.com" — a service I've never known, nor engaged in any way. This is a classic pattern of fraud where a card detail is tested with a small, inconspicuous amount before being used for a larger, unauthorized purchase.

3. Eatsdiets.com Merchant Response: Following initial advice by my bank's customer service, I contacted eatsdiets.com. While they have agreed to process a refund, they did not acknowledge the transaction as unauthorized nor explain how it occurred. This lack of clarity and the inherent risk to my card details necessitate further action from the bank's side. Relying on their refund is not a secure solution.

4. Upon checking, bloominto.co and eatsdiets.com have plenty of dishonest practices, with several people experiencing the same pattern - and many have continued to be charged several times despite being promised a refund.

The positive feedback seen here on Trustpilot are recent, suggesting that there are forces to bury the overwhelmingly negative reviews that all point to the fraudulent experiences users have voiced out.

Bloominto.co Scam

I, like many others paid $1.99 for the results of an assessment and then was charged 39.99 a week later. There is no customer service. There is no support. Just all automated AI crap. PayPal won't issue a refund because they sided with the "Company". I looked up the address I was able to find which pings back to the Phillippines foreign affairs center in California. The merchant as listed on the charges is UAB Dreamfin, out of Lithuania. Complete scam.

Thieves

I paid the 1.99 then they charged me 39.99. I did not authorize that. I used the email provided by PayPal and they said they would refund me and they did not. Not only is the information they provided not helpful, they are now taking more money from me.

Utter bullshit. Scam

This is a very depressing excuse for a website that preys on neurodivergent people who want to understand themselves better. I paid $1.99 (nearly MYR 9) in the hopes of receiving a comprehensive report. (Instead, I received some AI crap.) After that, I clicked "go even deeper" without realizing it and was charged about RM27 four times (more than RM100). There was no warning that I would be charged. My account had to be blocked. All I received when I attempted to contact them were autoreplies. I'm writing on my mother's behalf in the hopes of recovering her money. I'm furious with the dingbats who made this website. I'm hoping my mom won't be charged for a subscription. Update: the BANK told me they tried to charge my mom even more money two times after she blocked her account. I didn’t even go into the website. The bank is disputing the payments but it takes 90 days with no guarantees whether we get the money back.

SCAM! Wish I’d read this review page before

I paid $1.99 for a so-called Neurodivergent assessment which I didn’t receive by email (just a basic page after I paid). It was totally broad and not at all tailored - it’s clearly written by AI, the so-called “founder” a psychologist called Anna, is also a fake AI character. I looked up the parent company Dreamfin UAB online and it’s based in Lithuania - there is no real company called Bloominto and there is no founder called Anna.
Now I’m totally paranoid I’m about to get charged loads of payments like everyone else (who is a real customer) in these reviews. Currently trying to talk to my bank to block these scammers. Disgusted by these predators
